My mom is a huge fan of the TGY Family Milk Tea, and we were glad they kept their standards up, as she really enjoyed her drink. * TGY Family Milk Tea: 10/10 - great toppings and milk tea flavor * Passion Fruit Green Tea: 9/10 - sweet and tart * Jasmine Green Tea: 5/10 - bland and tasteless * Boba (Topping): 8/10 - soft and chewy but a bit small * Cheese Creama (Topping): 2/10 - no flavor considering it's a $1.25 add-on Compared to their other locations, this one is a bit smaller, and there isn't much seating. You have to use the mobile kiosks to order, and we waited about 10 minutes for our drinks. They accidentally forgot the Cheese Creama for one of our drinks, and it took them about 8 minutes just to add it, which we thought was very weird. Nevertheless, the workers were still able to fix it, and we didn't really have any major problems during our visit. The shop is located in a plaza with a supermarket, so parking should be relatively easy. The majority of the menu items are great, and we'll definitely be back to try some other items!

My go to is their roasted oolong tea latte cause I'm an oolong tea lover and it's made to perfection every time! Service was great. Cashier was able to help me use my 20% off from the blind box cup sleeve I got back in February. I like how they have their CNY chimes above the register, adds a nice touch. We did have to wait 20 minutes for boba, but the cashier also kindly told us that it would take 20 minutes-- we were willing to wait. I would say it was worth it cause the boba was fresh and chewy! The first worker then STARED at them for the next 30 minutes, making them insanely uncomfortable until I arrived. My friend was one of the only brown skin people in the cafe...horrifically rude. What a horrible way to treat a person, let alone a regular customer. And what a waste of time, staring at a customer instead of doing your job...We both had interacted with this employee and ordered with them several times in the past, so it's crazy they couldn't remember any of it. How cheap are the owners to NOT turn on the AC when it's hitting 90s outside. Everything was sticky, the menu, the tables. The cushions on the seats were visibly dirty too. Right when you walk in the whole establishment smelled like shit. Literally like sewage, which smelled like stinky tofu. IYKYK. Restroom wasn't clean either, go figure. Another HUGE health violation occurred as well. There was a dog at another table sitting on the seat as if they're a paying customer. Clearly not a service dog. I absolutely love dogs but not at establishments that serve food that is sitting at the table. Especially if they're not working dogs, clearly this one was not a working dog. I would prefer not to have dog fur in my food. FYI this location violated health code regulations: "Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), service dogs are allowed in restaurants, but they must remain on the floor, not on seats or tables. Health codes prohibit animals on furniture to prevent contamination." This whole environment of the restaurant and its unsanitary health violations makes me question how clean this restaurant is. Because if it's stuffy and terrible ventilation along with no air conditioning in the dining area how bad is it in the kitchen??? Food made with some sweat. Yum.
