Decent lunch!
We needed to kill an hour or so before our Pena Palace entry time, so we stopped here at Tapas and Wine for a lunch snack. Decent choice.
It was much colder here in Sintra than down in Lisbon, so we sat inside. A waiter took our order and made our drinks.
We had:
- White Sangria (great presentation but not great flavor - my opinion)
- Bread, Butter and Olives (nice)
- Fried Cod Balls (tasty)
- Octopus Salad (very good)
Service was fine, the Octopus was outstanding. Bread and Olives were decent. Fried Cod Balls were decent as well. While the Sangria was well made and presented, the flavor was just "off" for us.
We'd eat there again but would pass on the Sangria. read more
