This airport bar is awesome!!! If you're looking for a place to order good drinks and food pre TSA @ SFO, then this is the place. They also have the best tv setup that has 4 screens. They have a yunmy seasonal beer that has a sugar/cinnamon rim. It was my 1st time trying Elysian beer. Now I'm a fan

I like this place a lot. There is no wait time, seating is ample, and Andrew is a great bartender and server. I like the food options varying from soups, sandwiches, salads, burgers, pasta, and more. There are four TVs playing current news and sports and good music playing in the background. An appealing place with delicious food.

This is really a 3.5 rating, because we had a good experience here while waiting for delayed flight from London. I found it on Yelp and have to say that it is a great spot to sit and relax in the midst of a busy airport. We had drinks plus fries (excellent fries) initially. Then we decided to have a bit more to eat. The turkey burger was very good - far better than we expected. The club sandwich was pretty basic and not very tasty, but then that's what I should have expected. The service was excellent - the bartender was friendly and helpful and served our food to us at our table. This is not an inexpensive place to grab a bite - our bill was over $100.

Such a great experience while waiting for our flight! Can't believe how much they have going on for a nice small spot! Jason, our bartender, was so friendly and eager to answer questions we had about our travels 10/10 Jason is awesome!

This place always officially begins my vacations!!! The food is very good and we love the wine. Jason, our server, was very warm and welcoming and patient with Auntie!!! ... and he draws a good pour! A good dinner and good wine is an essential before an early morning flight! Vacation has officially begun!

two pints of beer on a bar

Jason is the best when we needed the best. Serving the best beer - Pliny the Elder! Love this place on our way to a far off place - Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, and Vietnam. Came right before closing and was treated like I was at the grand opening! Great jumping off point!

When I looked at the online ordering, it said it would take about 20 minutes, and my hotel was about a 20 minute ride away, so that worked out perfectly. I ordered the Sheriff and some seasoned fries and got on the road. Both the burger and fries were hearty and hit the spot. Overall, this perfectly nails a 4-star experience. The burger wasn't some kind of next level amazing, but it was just a perfectly enjoyable way to end my 4 days in the Bay Area. Hidden Spot is essentially the kitchen portion of a dive bar. I sat at a table with only one other patron in the place around 11am on a Saturday morning. The other patron was enjoying the ability to be fully in charge of the digital juke box while I was enjoying stuffing my face.

Public restrooms on ground floor were sparkling clean. Great first impression. 5/5 food selections. Bar area was very cozy with gorgeous views all around. 3.7-4/5 for food flavors/taste. They actually have people wiping down chairs/tables and clearing tables for you. You can order at the cafe place or the Omakase World Market where I ordered at kiosk and waited for my order number. Grab your own condiments. Food was ready fast. Very organized. I drank the organic coconut water $4, had the $6 big chocolate walnut cookie, and $18 chicken sandwich. I think the chicken sandwich was overpriced even when it was listed as $16. Portion size was smaller than expected for this price. It tasted ok, but I've had much better elsewhere. The cool thing about the place is plenty of beautiful spots to sit. Menu variety included pizzas, dumplings, and other sandwich items. Convenient for working class folks around here. There's also beautiful couches and tables by the bar area which also included a pool table, great for relaxation in back. You can see tall buildings/landscape all around. Good place for meetups/work/study/break time. Management has really invested in the place. I hope they open more food places inside. It's a hidden gem for sure. No, they don't open on weekends.

The happy hour menu was pretty awesome as well. If you aren't interested in food but looking for a place to get drinks, the cocktails here are also on point. South San Francisco is a stones throw from where we live and even though there are some solid casual spots, we don't find too many places in this area where you can get amazing food, craft cocktails, and this kind of ambiance. With that being said we were ecstatic to discover this hidden gem. It checks all the boxes!! We ordered the Caesar salad, pozole, burger & Fries, and beef tacos from the happy hour menu. Everything was so good and I am not just saying that! The Caesar salad came served with slices of avocado. Not traditional, but absolutely delicious and nicely dressed. The burger was beautiful and juicy and cooked to perfection. It came served with those french fries that have that extra layer of crispiness.on them. I call them 'next level fries' because that's what they are. My favorite thing, hands down, were the tacos. Oh my God... the tacos!! There are a lot of great Taquerias in the Bay Area but this place can contend. I'm serious. Perfect crispy tacos that came served with this beautiful salsa verde. Truthfully we ordered so much food but the tacos were so good we got another order of them. I ordered a Paloma and it was the perfect drink to go with my tacos. This was our first and only time eating here, but this will definitely be a regular spot for us. I hope moving forward this place stays as wonderful as our experience was tonight. It's such a joy to have an experience like this that doesn't require us driving to San Mateo or San Francisco. It's about time we had places like this in this area.
