Food was delicious and the service was really good. Our waitress was super nice and recommend a couple of drinks and dishes from the menu. Both did NOT disappoint. The Fresh lemon mint drink was so refreshing. We got the chicken back home style double and it was definitely enough food for two ppl. The prices are also very reasonable. We will definitely be back here! This is a hidden gem:)

Came here because Mazra was super crowded and so glad we did! The food was so good and fresh. Service was excellent. The hummus and garlic sauce is to die for. Was almost tempted to gatekeep!! Didn't get picture of the hummus bc we ate it too fast.

First time to the restaurant. Very nice, descriptive and colorful menu. Server/hostess was very friendly and welcoming. They were playing some uplifting and energetic music during our meal. We were the only party having lunch at the time, needless to say all of the food was flavorful and filling, so much that we had leftovers to go. Only downside, unless we missed it - very small parking lot out front.

Since the transition from Dahab to Layalena the food is much better. The presentation, quality of food and atmosphere is superb. One of our favorite go to Mediterranean place.

Nisreen and her hospitality was impeccable. Great place to have a fantasy football drat.

I will dream about the halloumi cheese dish for something so simple I don't know how it was so good. Also the spicy hummus was a standout.

It's a bit hidden, which fits the name, but is a low-key bar with a solid menu. We actually ate the sandwiches the next day on the airplane, and even then they held up really well. They definitely don't skimp on toppings, and everything tasted fresh. We tried Dutch crunch on both, one pastrami and one turkey, and I enjoyed both. When I looked at the online ordering, it said it would take about 20 minutes, and my hotel was about a 20 minute ride away, so that worked out perfectly. I ordered the Sheriff and some seasoned fries and got on the road. Both the burger and fries were hearty and hit the spot. Overall, this perfectly nails a 4-star experience. The burger wasn't some kind of next level amazing, but it was just a perfectly enjoyable way to end my 4 days in the Bay Area. Hidden Spot is essentially the kitchen portion of a dive bar. I sat at a table with only one other patron in the place around 11am on a Saturday morning. The other patron was enjoying the ability to be fully in charge of the digital juke box while I was enjoying stuffing my face.

Public restrooms on ground floor were sparkling clean. Great first impression. 5/5 food selections. Bar area was very cozy with gorgeous views all around. 3.7-4/5 for food flavors/taste. They actually have people wiping down chairs/tables and clearing tables for you. You can order at the cafe place or the Omakase World Market where I ordered at kiosk and waited for my order number. Grab your own condiments. Food was ready fast. Very organized. I drank the organic coconut water $4, had the $6 big chocolate walnut cookie, and $18 chicken sandwich. I think the chicken sandwich was overpriced even when it was listed as $16. Portion size was smaller than expected for this price. It tasted ok, but I've had much better elsewhere. The cool thing about the place is plenty of beautiful spots to sit. Menu variety included pizzas, dumplings, and other sandwich items. Convenient for working class folks around here. There's also beautiful couches and tables by the bar area which also included a pool table, great for relaxation in back. You can see tall buildings/landscape all around. Good place for meetups/work/study/break time. Management has really invested in the place. I hope they open more food places inside. It's a hidden gem for sure. No, they don't open on weekends.

But a friend mentioned PCH opened a bar in Terminal 1, so we decided to check it out. (We adore the PCH in the city.) Two of our friends were here already, so we just joined them at the bar. Was here for about 30 mins for one round. Drinks are pricey and the menu isn't that large, but I enjoyed my drink. Bartender was friendly and attentive. One thing to note, we had a view of the line at The Club at SFO. So if you are waiting to go there, you can enjoy a drink here first. Be sure to check and see if there is a waitlist since we made the mistake of going over when there was no line only to find out it was cuz there is a waitlist. The happy hour menu was pretty awesome as well. If you aren't interested in food but looking for a place to get drinks, the cocktails here are also on point. South San Francisco is a stones throw from where we live and even though there are some solid casual spots, we don't find too many places in this area where you can get amazing food, craft cocktails, and this kind of ambiance. With that being said we were ecstatic to discover this hidden gem. It checks all the boxes!! We ordered the Caesar salad, pozole, burger & Fries, and beef tacos from the happy hour menu. Everything was so good and I am not just saying that! The Caesar salad came served with slices of avocado. Not traditional, but absolutely delicious and nicely dressed. The burger was beautiful and juicy and cooked to perfection. It came served with those french fries that have that extra layer of crispiness.on them. I call them 'next level fries' because that's what they are. My favorite thing, hands down, were the tacos. Oh my God... the tacos!! There are a lot of great Taquerias in the Bay Area but this place can contend. I'm serious. Perfect crispy tacos that came served with this beautiful salsa verde. Truthfully we ordered so much food but the tacos were so good we got another order of them. I ordered a Paloma and it was the perfect drink to go with my tacos. This was our first and only time eating here, but this will definitely be a regular spot for us. I hope moving forward this place stays as wonderful as our experience was tonight. It's such a joy to have an experience like this that doesn't require us driving to San Mateo or San Francisco. It's about time we had places like this in this area. The staff that helped us was also wonderful. The young lady who served us was friendly and helpful with the menu, the bussers were great and there was another lady who checked in on us and helped us throughout the meal.
