    When they shipped my record player back, the hinges broke during shipping. They responded to my email about it at first, and then stopped responding to repeated emails. Very unprofessional.

    I brought my laptop in for repair (power failure) and was initially told by the technician that it…read moreshould be fixed within a week. Since it was during a holiday, I didn't want to bother them too much, but I didn't receive any updates for nearly three weeks. When I finally called to check the status, the owner told me they couldn't repair it. While I understand that not every repair is possible, I would have preferred to be informed sooner so I could retrieve my laptop. Later that same day, the owner called back and said they might be able to source a donor laptop to swap parts and asked for an additional two weeks. I agreed to give them more time. However, after the promised 2 weeks, I still hadn't heard anything, so I called again. The owner didn't have an update and asked me to call back the next day. When I did, the owner became upset, claiming he had told me to call back at noon, which he ABSOLUTELY had not. Why does it take a day just to check the status anyways? BTW I called at 11:50 am! Are you F ing kidding me you are upset for 10 minutues (which I was not even aware of) after a month of no response? His reaction was VERY unprofessional. He then calls me for the first time at 12:00 pm to tell me they still couldn't fix the laptop. I picked up my laptop and took it to an old friend who used to do repair work. Even though he's semi-retired and farther away, he diagnosed the issue correctly and had the laptop running again within three days. This may have been an isolated experience, but I highly recommend you avoid this place. I won't be returning!

    This is one of my go to target, especially because they have 6 of the super fast Electrify America…read morechargers! The inside is relatively nice, most of the aisles sorted and not in disarray, plus walkways are clean and cleared of anything. I usually go for coffee and snacks, and they have everything I typically am craving at the price that I'm expecting, so yeah! The staff, or at least the closing staff, are all really nice! I went by one night right before closing to buy some graham crackers and use the bathroom. I felt so bad because I went in around 10:52PM, but they didn't make me feel rushed or bad about it or anything. It's a small gesture, but I appreciated it. Their bathrooms could definitely use some work, but it's a public restroom that people are allowed to use so I can't really flag them for that. The outside area is not necessarily the safest at night either (there are homeless people who linger around the lit area of the store and just around in general). That's one of the biggest downsides to this location, but again, that is not necessarily fully in their control. All in all, not a bad location! The staff members are nice and the floor area is generally clean. Will probably visit again soon :-)

    Rating: (4/5) - Management saved the day, but Geek Squad needs work…read more I rely heavily on my Best Buy Total membership for peace of mind, so when a recent warranty issue came up, I headed straight to the Fullerton location. What started as an incredibly frustrating visit was ultimately turned around by a stellar management team. I have to start with the negative: dealing with Joseph at the Geek Squad counter was an awful experience. He was exceptionally rude, completely unhelpful, and had a terrible tone throughout the interaction. It was, without a doubt, some of the worst customer support I have ever encountered. If my visit had ended with him, this would absolutely be a one-star review. Fortunately, management stepped in and completely changed the trajectory of the visit. Richard (the Sales Manager) and Sanje (the Store Manager) listened to my situation and immediately worked on a fix. They were incredibly professional and came up with a very customer-friendly solution that completely resolved my warranty issue. Overall, it ended up being a great experience strictly because of Richard and Sanje. They genuinely care about their customers and know how to make things right. If you ever run into a roadblock at this location, I highly recommend asking for them!

Went into the store to get answers and the employees acted like they couldn't care less. No effort to help, no accountability, just a bunch of excuses. Then they told me I had to deal with a third-party shipper myself and file a claim. Seriously? That's your solution? This is hands down some of the worst customer service I've experienced. If you value your time and money, avoid this place. I'll be taking my business to Walmart from now on.
