I paid extra for the rapid dry and I'm glad I did as I was able to shower before bed which was nice. The salon is clean and cozy, the price considering my add ons (I also did the hydration spray) seemed reasonable, and the shade is beautiful and very natural looking. The only thing I wish were different is the creases I have on my wrists and marks on my heels. She did apply a drying powder and wiped my hands and feet with wet wipes, but those areas look a bit streaky. Overall though, I've gotten several compliments on how natural it looks and I'm glad that I went! I'll be back.

Nearly every single time i had an appointment, the artist has called/texted me either the day before or even hours before my pre-scheduled service asking to reschedule or cancel. I have a really important event I need to attend this Saturday so I was debating about booking at another location because I was concerned about her canceling on me, but I really do love the spray tan she provides so I went ahead and scheduled an appointment weeks prior to the event, hoping for the best. Welp, the joke was on me. The day before my appointment she texted me saying she needed to cancel my appointment because "she had another job." I mean, at least pretend to care about my business! Saying that you need to cancel my appointment because you had a better job come along is just a very poor business model and does not feel good to the paying customer. Now I'm left scrambling to try to find a different spray tan place at the last minute. Needless to say, I will not be a returning customer, which is super unfortunate because they really did do quality work.
