Also, the area manager Anita is amazing. She has such an awesome personality and goes above and beyond to make sure that you have everything that you need and that any problems that you have, she will take care of. I do frequent the Escondido salon as well. All the girls are great there too whenever I'm in a new area if there's a salon where I am at I will always try it out one thing I noticed that some of the salons allow more time on their beds and I think that the time should be extended on the bids I don't seem to be getting any darker ever I think they limit the time to make us keep coming back just my opinion. Also, it would be nice if they change their bulbs more often.

A few things have culminated to me leaving this review. 1. Beds are cracked and seemingly taped together, bathroom is in disarray.. 2. Last week I ordered a lotion that was out of stock and a week later it still has not arrived... 3. Last week the bed I was put in (bed 8) had the right half of the facial bulbs out. It happens, so I didn't complain. 4. Yesterday I was put in the same bed (bed 8). Trusting that they would have had that fixed by now I got in with confidence. It wasn't until half way through my session that I realized the bulbs STILL had not been replaced! If you know a bed has bulbs out and you can't get them replaced, DONT PUT SOMEONE IN THAT BED. Or at the VERY LEAST let the customer know so they can choose to get in or pick another bed! I have a photoshoot TOMORROW and my face is noticeably UNEVEN. I always try to assume the best and thought that maybe (not likely, but maybe) they didn't know the bulbs were out. I was going to mention it yesterday but the girl on duty was helping another customer and quite frankly already in bad mood when I came in. So I called to let her know the bulb was out and the dilemma. Seems they did know the bulb was out and they are waiting for their service guy to come replace it "sometime" next week. I can have grace for the fact that she has no control over that man's schedule but she DOES have control over informing clients of the state of the bed they are getting into. There was no apology or concern for the repeated mistake that I'm now paying for while also paying for a membership. She said I could come back in to a different bed to "even it out"... If you're considering frequenting this location, I HIGHLY advise against it. It's a few extra minutes but the San Marcos location has WAY better service and facilities. Once I pick up my lotion I will not be back here ever.

I had trained Clare months prior and she started her own business in San Marcos. I called Clare to see if she was able to fill in for me for the time being. She took some of my mobile and some of my salon clients for me and was a complete professional and is 100% trustworthy not to mention one of the nicest people I've ever met.
