The chicken was well seasoned and a good portion for lunch while the bed of hummus had a great nutty taste and a mild touch of heat from I believe red peppers. Along with my soup, it was great for mixing with the fresh pita bread served. No attempt to fix the problem, no acknowledgment just dismissive and unprofessional. And somehow, they charge a mandatory 20% service fee for this. For what? There was zero service, zero care, and zero effort to make things right. Charging customers extra while delivering this level of food and attitude is unacceptable. Do not waste your time or money here. There are far better options out there. Honestly, I'd take store-bought hummus from Publix over this. If you actually want good Mediterranean food and proper service, go to Ethos instead it's night and day. This place is not worth it.

Ambience is casual bordering on chaotic, but that almost feels like part of the charm. This is not a date-night restaurant; this is a come hungry and leave full situation.
