This Greek restaurant served an awesome lamb gyro. So delicious. I sat outside on a nice day made for a pleasant eating experience. The only flaw is a small menu of choices. It would be nice to see a larger selection.
We've eaten here a few times - mid afternoons and early evenings. Always been a great experience. Generally order the republic chips appetizer and the Horiatiki salad with grilled chicken accompanied by a cold beer. Moussaka was good too. We'll continue to go whenever in the area - sure beats eating at the expensive and underwhelming places in the nearby mall! Definitely recommended.
First time eating here but it won't be my last. Amazing food and good service, highly recommend.
Had lunch at this Greek Mediterranean restaurant in a strip mall in the Aventura area North Miami. I had the Greek Salad $15. It was good but the cucumbers were refrigerator tasting. I also had the Spanakopita $14 and it was delicious. Someone said the Moussaka $23 had too much meat. Our server was very nice. This casual place should probably be counter service instead of server service.

First of all it was over price for the little bit of chicken they put in. It was bite-size pieces for a child and the portion was for a child. It was extremely dry. We ordered other platters also but this one I highly don't recommend but never order it again , wasted $25
I'm excited to have found this authentic greek restaurant. Since I'm always in the area and tend to visit the same places for lunch, I will definitely be back. Our server was attentive and the food was prepared quickly-- the location on Yelp needs to be updated as this is closer to the Winn-Dixie than Michaels/Homegoods as is shown on the address. There is lots of parking available (always a plus). The lemonade is refreshing and not overly-sweet. Appetizer "chips" are small pieces of lightly toasted bread. We tried the hummus and tzatziki, both were delicious. The lentil soup is the perfect texture, not watery but also not super chunky. Flavorful and the portion is just right. The falafel wrap was filling, however it was missing some flavor imo but would order again. Don't forget dessert! The Baklava is served in a generous portion, enough for two to share. It is unique in that there is quite a bit of cinnamon added on top. If you are not a fan of this spice I would recommend letting them know beforehand.
An excellent Greek restaurant in Aventura! Loved the food. Fresh. Plentiful. Fast! A very clean establishment. Service can be improved. We were checked on once and other times we had to flag down our server. No pork on the menu - I felt very comfortable eating here. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others.
Me gustó, en general, me gustó. Y van a morir cuando deslicen y vean las fotos, porque luce delicioso y lo estaba. La comida rica, un poquito cara, pero buena atención. Lo único que nos incomodaba un poco es la temperatura, pues sentíamos calor. Y en mi caso que estaban puestas las noticias en la television, lo cual te sacaba un poco del ambiente agradable de la hora de cenar. Falafel para comenzar. Y también ordenamos unos calamares rebosados, que estaban buenos porque no tenian mucha revestidura ni grasa, como suele suceder en otros lugares. Recomiendo "beef souvlaki" que yo pedí, que consiste en un pincho de carne, acompañado de arroz o papas fritas, con pan de pita y ensalada de vegetales (tomate, pepino, cebolla...) Además probamos las papas fritas con queso feta, muy sabrosas y para acompañante del "skirt steak" excelentes. El plato viene con las papitas regulares pero les recomiendo pedir un upgrade ;) Los gyros deliciosos y el plato de camarones con buen sabor también, que parece que viene acompañado de arroz, pero es una pasta llamada orzo. El cierre de oro: los postres, que no pudimos limitarnos y probamos los tres: baklava (mi favorito pero puede resultar muy dulce para algunas personas), galaktoboureko y yogurt griego.
We left my mom's appointment and were looking for a quick bite to eat. I was scared nothing would be open for dine-in so I called ahead and Fetta Republic was open. We were the only customers there. The place was clean and very well lit. And the girl helping us was very kind and patient. She brought us waters right away and we ended up ordering the Gyro Platter off the bat. It was the perfect amount of food for my mom and I. It came with plenty of gyro meat, pitas, a small house salad. and some French fries. The price was fair and the entire process took less than 30 min from the minute we walked in, to signing the check and walking out. I'll definitely be back here to check out more things on the menu. But for a quick gyro bite, this was the perfect place.
Clean, spacious, friendly staff and nice portion sizes. What's not to like? I recently came here craving some Greek, food but not looking to pay South beach prices or looking for fast food. I found it to be a very comfortable neighborhood restaurant. I had the chicken souvlaki. It's came with a side salad, fries or rice and pita for 20 bucks. I thought everything was good. The chicken was piping hot which i always like and the fries were crispy. While not the best chicken souvlaki I've ever had it was good and I would definitely come back.
Walking down to the entrance I walked past two REALLY jammed restaurants. It made me wonder when I got close BUT - WOW was the food great! I got saganaki, the tzatziki appetizer, and the gyro plate with double greek salad. Coming from Chicago my GYRO expectations are always high and Fetta Republic totally delivered! GO. THERE. NOW.

Feta Republic has always been my go to for pick up I ended up going with my family for a sit down dinner and the waitress recommended the special which was delish. My one gripe about restaurants lately is the extra charges they add so the consumer doesn't notice or the extra charges they add called a "restaurant charge" which is a charge to keep them afloat. I have usually eaten at my local restaurants for convenience because it's safe and lately since everything has skyrocketed I have eaten out less but when I go to a usual place and they end up adding a "Non-Cash Adj" out of the blue that's when they lost a long time customer. You don't charge customers extra just because it is put on a credit card. Cash isn't taken anywhere since Covid and nobody uses their debit for safety reasons so a credit card is the norm. Do better! read more

I have ordered from Fetta Republic multiple times on DoorDash, but had never stoped by the restaurant in person. Yesterday, I happened to be in the area and decide to stop by. When I arrived, there was only one other patron inside having lunch. I was immediately greeted, warmly I might add which I always appreciate. I knew exactly what I wanted and went for the Gyro platter. The food came out in lightening speed and was presented beautifully. Everything was absolutely delicious and the portion size as enormous. I ate about a third of it and packed the rest for dinner. I will definitely skip the DoorDash and come in person the next time I'm craving Fetta Republic! read more

Came back once again to this amazing place! The flavors and food is to no comparison anywhere else !!! Spanakopita - talk about divine flavors !!! The herbs create an amazing flavor that blends nicely with feta and spinach. Very light, but filling appetizer that opens up the pallets. Chicken Gyro - how can you go wrong with that ?! It is very juicy and flavorful! It is absolutely scrumptious!! Moussaka - is it better than lasagna ? I think so! It is freshly made with powerful and 'inviting' flavors that you never want to separate and keep on having more and more and more !!! Please advertise your product correctly. All I wanted was a gyro pita and not gyro meat with pita bread separately it totally ruined the experience. I would've given 5 stars if it wasn't for this, because food is in fact flavorful. On ubereats you have "gyro platter" as something that I did not receive. A disappointment. EDIT1: the reason why I believed that the "gyro platter " was the wrap is because your restaurant has the wrong picture assigned to "gyro platter". You should review it not to fool other clients that rely on uber eats:) read more

We came to this place only because we were on our way to Aventura, and needed a place to eat. Located almost next to a Wynn Dixie, it looked relatively new judging from the look and how recent everything in the restaurant looked. We were seated immediately. We ordered a lemonade and a Diet Coke and a saganaki which is a pan fried Greek cheese. On the side, it came with arugula, a couple of lemon wedges and tomatoes. The only thing missing was a side of pita bread. Other than that, the cheese was really good and you could tell the ingredients being used were all fresh. For our main dishes, we ordered a gyro platter and a falafel platter. I ordered the Greek fries instead of the regular fries (there's an up charge but no worries). When the food was delivered, everything was fresh, crisp, tasty and well seasoned. The platters came with pita, tzatziki, salad and your choice of rice or fries. The Greek fries are housemade fries with crumbled feta and oregano. Tasty and oh so good! Unfortunately, and I'm not sure what happened but our server seemed more interested in whatever was going on on her phone than with us. She never once came to ask if they food was ok, only at the end when I signaled that I wanted to check. The restaurant had two servers, the other one seemed more attentive but hey, maybe ours was having a bad day or the drama on the phone was well worth it. It happens. Don't let that stop you though, the food is well worth it. read more

I stumbled upon this place and I'm glad I did! The ambiance and decor of the restaurant makes it very inviting. As for the food, it was fantastic! I ordered the Greek salad and don't have a picture of it only because it was so good it was devoured. As a fanatic of Greek cuisine, I must say the salmon and lavraki (Mediterranean sea bass ) were both delicious and I highly recommend it to anyone!! This is a must try place! read more

Went to Fetta Republic recently for lunch and it was amazing. The Gyros are the best I have had that compare to carnival gyros. The flavors were there. Service was really good as well. Aventura, FL spot you need to try atleast once or twice. read more

Ok.. absolutely a gem of a find for a local restaurant. A great environment to get good, Greek food. I lived in Astoria NY so I know what good Greek requires! Go eat here it is well worth the stop. read more

I ordered take out from here. When I got home I realised the side of rice was replaced with a salad, so not only did we get one horrible salad, we got two. It was swimming in sauce and very basic. Secondly for $18 to give me a Chicken Souvlaki platter with one skewer of flavourless chicken and 4 small pieces of chicken is a disgrace. Thirdly the amount of fries I was given made me feel like I was being rationed. As well as all of this, the pita bread was stale and hard to the point I couldn't eat it. Finally the calamari I could've picked up frozen from Walmart, again, bland, flavourless and boring. I could hardly eat any of this and it will be the last time I visit your establishment. Save yourself some money and don't waste your time going to this place. read more

Wish I could give this 0 stars for the owners attitude. I was picking up a order for 3 different names, he starting yelling at me and saying that I'm not saying the names correctly. One of the names was mine, and my friends. Weirdo. Plus he tried snatching my phone out of my hand because he couldn't see the names, I said don't touch my phone I will turn up the brightness. Either this man needs to enter a nursing home or have someone competent to run his business. But just leave. It's an old guy white hair and black framed glasses. I would post what else he did and said to me, but let's just say racism isn't cute or hip. I will post a picture of him in his red sweater today. Never order from here, plus their food is flavorless and stinks. Coming from a Middle Eastern person, the flavor sucks. I'll stick to other restaurants other than this. Don't waste your money. I feel bad for his female waitresses. read more

I got in the right place to try grilled beef plate , it's dry but it's how it's supposed to be, just don't forget to order some salsa because it would make it better include rice too. read more
I ordered a Greek salad to take out . I was pricey 12$ . It tasted good I wouldn't have minded the price if they given me move than a thin slice of green pepper and a thin slice of onion, less than 1% of the salad and a piece of charbread of some sort to soak up the minimal amount of oil that it had. read more
