Noemi promised cleaning top to bottom and every knock and cranny. She talked about a "ghost buster vacuum" and would vacuum the top of our cabinets and hutches. The company sent me a contract that listed what they would do. In the contract the utility room was listed. The crew of 5 cleaned the light fixtures, dusted the furniture, cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen and mopped the floors. When the crew finished and left, I checked their work. The top of the cabinets weren't vacuumed, the top of door jams were dirty, top of hutches dusty, top of curtain rods dusty, under the couch cushions full of debris. And the utility room wasn't touched. I called Noemi to express my concerns and after several attempts I got through. When I expressed my concerns Noemi said that couches aren't covered in the cleaning and utility room cleaning wasn't an oversight. She only admitted to not vacuuming the cabinets after I told her I had gotten up there to check. Overall, the crew did a fair job cleaning, but they didn't deliver on the deep cleaning top to bottom every knock and cranny. They also had poor customer service when any concerns were voiced. I also questioned the company's ethics by not honoring the items on the contract. Had I not gotten on the ladder and checked the tops of furniture and cabinets I would have believe that they cleaned it. They were willing to get paid for work not done. After all the back and forth, they first said they would send a crew to finish the work. Then there was a medical emergency and they couldn't send anyone. A few days later, I get and email from them that because I was"hostile" they would give me a discount if $100, which I never asked for a discount, but not going to send anyone to finish the work. In my experience, they promised a lot but did not deliver. They don't stand by their work or their contract.

We have not done any "work" post move in and did not move in any large items or appliances. My expectations were for them to mop floors, dust, wipe out cabinets, clean toilets and showers... etc. We moved in less than 2 weeks later and started noticing places that were obviously untouched. Not the result of the house "not being lived in". The cabinets were obviously not wiped out, as I found rusty nails along with dust, dirt, crumbs and other debris. Our dishwasher has nasty stuff in it while we have not had a meal in this house. I found that our guest shower/bathtub had not been touched- our master bathroom shower has soap scum that could not have accumulated over the house being vacant / our less than a week of living here. I wish I would have taken more photos of how truly ridiculous it was. Honestly I could have let it go and not used the service again, but the dismissive nature of the text we received when voicing our concerns inspired me to write this review. I did stop by while they were cleaning, and I did ask the girl who was putting elbow grease into cleaning our laundry room sink to please not worry about scrubbing it too hard because we are getting rid of it in a few months, but to please clean it. I don't really understand how that got turned into- "please don't clean my whole house to the best of your ability".

absolutely terrible. ZERO STARS. do not recommend. save your…read moremoney. hire someone else. Without a doubt, the biggest scammers. We have repeatedly been less than thrilled with the effort they've put into our scheduled, monthly cleanings- often times they leave rags in the sink, bathrooms half done and equipment lying around amidst the job not done. they have admitted on more than one occasion, only after us asking, to not completing the job due to one thing or another. frankly, it's hard to find someone reputable to come out to us so we've been making do. To clean 3000+ square feet to a less than mediocre level, usually takes two people two hours or less, Today they had the audacity to charge over $500 to clean 2100sq ft of an empty house. This is a home that was already cleaned before but my family wanted it to be fresh after sitting vacant for a couple weeks. All they were asked to do was wipe down surfaces and clean the floors, cabinets, and counters. Not only did they leave marks all over cabinets and appliances (dropped cleaner, shoe prints, wipe marks), LIED about what they did clean, but it also took them FIVE HOURS. There isn't a single thing in this house. What an absolute joke! Five hours to wipe down counters and vacuum. I think not. $500+ to wipe down counters and vacuum. I think not. Disgusting, rip off, liars and cheats. Updated AFTER owner response 7/31/24: Looks like you put much more time and effort into crafting this response than you did cleaning the home you were paid to clean. Nothing about the review I posted was incorrect-you did charge over $500-but removed a % for not completing the blinds-if you can not complete something, then I don't expect to be charged for, yet you still tried to charge for it so the fact that you attempted to charge for that single item before it was "brought to your attention" shows the dishonesty, scamming nature in a miniscule form. To be clear, we were happy to pay for the cleaning had we received it-at no point were were complaining about the price, but definitely complaining about paying for it having NOT received the items/services you so clearly outlined in your response. Directly from your response: "Full cleaning of the kitchen, including the inside and outside of all cabinets, drawers and appliances. Cleaning of ceiling fans and light fixtures. Wiping of all baseboards, trim, doors, and shelving in closets. Dusting and cleaning blinds, spot cleaning the inside of windows, and vacuuming and mopping floors." -The kitchen counters still had dust and dried stains from liquid on the counter tops and cleaner dripped into the kitchen sink. The stove and range were covered in smudges and black spots. There was still grease splashes and streak marks all over the backsplash. -inside of several cabinets there are very clearly still crumbs and dust and outside the cabinets there is cleaner dripped along the cabinets and sides of the island that demonstrates it's not been wiped clean. -Wiping of all baseboards, trim, doors and shelving in closets? False. Cobwebbs found numberous places including behind doors AND underneath cabinets that would have been picked up via a broom or vaccum or mop-also ALL closet shelves and bars still had a nice coating of dust It's VERY clear from the home we saw after your team left that 5 hours of cleaning, nor the services you claimed to provide were executed to any type of standard that one would operate a successful business under. Again, no one said you didn't show and no one had a problem with the price quoted-it was 100% the lack of service provided and not only has it been brought to your attention, but we cleaned it ourselves this morning so there is nothing for you to fix except refunding the money your crew STOLE by wasting our time and not providing the services you claimed to have provided. As a family, we are very pround to small businesses and love to leave RAVE reviews for exceptional service- but I think it's fair that when you try to charge for things you did not provide, people should know that as well. Numerous reviews on Facebook and Google state the same-people do not feel like they receive what they are paying for. Whether it's 5 hrs or 10 hours of cleaning, it's clear that there is a gap between what is paid for and expected versus what's provided and while I am sure no adequate resolution awaits our family, I want people to be aware before they book that they should have significantly lower expectations than the price tag they're paying.

She and her team are reliable, efficient, and effective. Most dependable contractor I've worked with. Back in 2021 we moved my mom out of her house of 20 years, and and it was an absolute wreck when we were done. Unfortunately my mom was a hoarder, and had a dog, so the condition of the floors, walls, windows, appliances, EVERYTHING was dire. Before Celina and her crew cleaned my mom's house, the real estate agent appraised the house at $125k. After, it was $175k and we sold it for even higher. Celina was also the highlight of the experience, as she was the easiest and most reliable contractor we worked with on the project. She was honest and thorough in her quote, did exactly what she said she would, and did it exactly when she said she would do it. Remarkable. That's why I'm back here 3 years later to have her clean my grandmother's house. 10/10, would recommend.

We purchased the move out/in cleaning from "Two maids of Granbury" for our home in Aledo Texas…read more This is the deepest & most thorough cleaning package. It covered the areas we wanted professionally cleaned . Due to having several more home showings scheduled between our move out date December 23 and the date the Two Maids of Granbury put us on there schedule, January 6, we lightly cleaned the house ourselves the day after we moved out - swept, mopped, vacuumed, cleaned all countertops, mirrors and windows. **We did not clean inside cabinets,  drawers , oven, shelves, baseboards - that's where I wanted & paid for their help. It was discussed with the rep over the phone and by email these were the areas we did not clean and we needed them to focus on that was part of our purchased cleaning package. The afternoon of January 6, we were shocked to see the two maids did not clean these areas AT ALL! They also did not spend the amount of time they claimed to at our home. We have home cameras so have record of when they arrived and left. We contacted a manager, Taylor, with photos & videos of how they left our home. She offered to have them come back the following day. I met them there, I gave them a sponge because they didn't have one, & left them to finish. Cameras showed they were there for about an hour total, definitely not enough time to do what we paid for. We went back to see the "cleaning" results - the areas were still not cleaned. We again shared pictures and videos and all Taylor would say is how many hours her PHCs spent in our home, which wasn't even correct. Even with pictures and videos of clearly an uncleaned home she maintained they had done their job. We ended up cleaning the home ourselves. Two maids cost us nearly $800 for work not done (twice) , extra time & travel on our part, ontop of the stress of trying to get them to honor there contract.. 100% we do Not recommend hiring this company. I have at least 30 photos plus videos, google can on upload a few.

Do Not Offer A Deep Clean, If You Cannot Handle Basic Cleaning…read more This was my first time hiring a professional cleaning service, and I regret using Two Maids and am embarrassed to have spent so much to get so little from a supposed "Deep Cleaning." We are in the process of selling our home, and hired Two Maids for a deep cleaning before photos and the home going on the market with open houses. We have been moving, so dust naturally collects. The house was not in terrible condition to begin with. We just wanted everything to feel refreshed and polished for people who were looking to purchase our home. Our cleaner, Maria, arrived at about 8:30AM, and did not leave until 4:30. I was told to expect 3-5 hours, so when she was there for 8 hours I expected to come home to a flawless home. Upon entry, less than one hour after she had left, I immediately felt like I had been tricked. It felt like nothing had really been done, other than vacuuming the 3 bedrooms (2 of which were empty). I walked around the house, and just kept finding issues. NOTHING had been dusted, the bathrooms looked like they had barely been touched, and general cleaning on high touch areas like light switches were entirely ignored. After cooling down and showing pictures to my husband, I decided to reach out to Nella regarding what to have expected from that cleaning service. She was very kind and confirmed my worries. We were able to have a second cleaner come out in two days right before photos and videos were taken. The issue was I had to postpone stagers to the next day, since the cleaner took longer than expected, so I spent hours that night cleaning to prepare for the stagers to come and do their job. Even more embarrassing, when the stagers arrived the next day, they assumed I was not able to have professional cleaners at all, and even asked for cleaning supplies so they could clean as they went. I asked the second cleaner, Jennifer, if she felt that the home had been deep cleaned less than 48 hours before, and she mentioned she was shocked that the large book shelves, the focal point of the home, had not been dusted at all. She was not there for long before asking me to check the house before she left to see if there was anything more she could do. I walked in the house, and again, it felt like nothing had been done. I think there was a misunderstanding that I assumed someone was going to actually deep clean this time around, but instead she came to "freshen up" some places, but again, not really clean. Again, I do not think she even went into the bathrooms. I pointed out a few very obvious items, such as soap scum on the glass in the shower, and on the side of the bathtub, as well as more dusting that was entirely overlooked. When I asked her to get the hard water marks out of the shower, she said "sometimes it is etched into the glass" - I was able to lick my thumb and clean a small piece right in front of her. She said she would work on it, and when I came back, had been able to remove the marks off of that one area, but left the rest of the glass shower panels untouched. After asking for 3 areas to be cleaned that she and the first cleaner missed, and her still not doing it to basic clean satisfaction - I gave up, and allowed her to go home. Since then, I have talked to a number of people about their experiences with professional cleaning services and showed them my house, or pictures of the house, they are shocked that I paid what I did for cleaners to do barely anything. I am very disappointed to have spent this much to not see a difference, and spend my own time cleaning after two cleaners have been there. Pictures shared are photos taken AFTER the supposed deep clean as well as after the second follow up cleaner.
