While spending a month in Myrtle Beach, I've visited the outlets several times. Very happy with the selection and layout. Was a bit disappointed in the food court options, but lots of other restaurants within a very short drive. Especially liked Kate Spade, Michael Kors, Talbots! Liked this mall much more than the other Myrtle Beach one read more

Great outlet Great stores great customer service can't complain about anything. There's always a cell that you can't beat. Tons of amazing parking. It's nice to get out and walk around explore all the different stores that they have plenty of. The customer service is absolutely outstanding. I will go there as much as I can when I'm in town. read more

Nice clean mall, without empty stores. I'm from Colorado and the outlet stores are about 50 percent occupied by retailers. It's great to see Myrtle Beach outlets doing well, it's even better to benefit from their competing stores, Fossil and Coach in the same area, how can I loose? the prices were great! The restroom were clean, cool, and bright... another plus! If your coming on vacation, pack your bags light to leave room for shopping here. read more

I absolutely love this outlet. It's everything my entire family needs. Even my husband who doesn't like shopping will endure trips here because of how easy it is to find everything and maneuver around. I also love that there are 2 of them within 15 miles of each other. Easy enough to call the same store at the other outlet if this one doesn't have what I'm looking for. read more

I just love the layout of Tanger. Beautiful landscaping and nice breezes down the wings. Very peaceful. Some times I hit really awesome sales --- and some times -- just so-so sales. read more

Nice open outlet space. The Finish Line store was great and Gary was excellent. He helped my family out and showed a patience of a saint.

lady in customer service gave me a coupon book, even though i couldn't locate my aarp card-found it in my wallet when i got home!!1 got so many great deals in the children stores-shop for 5 grands!! read more

Asics shoes had the most amazing customer service. Extremely happy with my running shoes and the entire experience. Cannot say the same for The New balance store. They were poor at best. I highly recommend the Asics store at the Tanger outlets. Awsome staff. read more

Great place to shop, especially when they have deals going on at most all stores. Nice layout, too! Easy in, easy out to the highway!!

Great selection of stores. Horrible parking in a location that's very popular. Customer service line very long and only staffed with one person. Staff in stores very friendly and helpful. Nice food court. Costs in outlet stores aren't always a bargain. read more

Go here every fall while vacationing in Myrtle Beach. The draw? The stores and the prices. Fresh Produce, Dress Barn, Fossil, Bass, Old Navy, Coach, the Kitchen Collection, and Yankee Candle are always in my list to visit. I do a large portion of my Christmas shopping in September! Due to the time of year, we often catch bigger discounts due to seasonal change. read more

Loved that Tanger supports Breast Cancer Research by offering Powerful PINK discount coupons. Wish ALL stores at the Outlet would participate. read more

Conveniently located off hwy 17. Lots of parking. A good variety of stores. Nicely landscaped and partial covered for inclement weather. We always find at least a few deals to take home with us. Love the Tanger Club for rewards and free coupon books. read more

Overall my shopping experience was great. The good for sure out weighed the bad. Aeropostal and Rue 21 both had items clearly posted, customer service to assist finding specific items, great pricing and pleasant cashiers. I wish I could say the same for Old Navy. Old Navy clothing was not size organized. The girls jeans were a shuffled mess. A table of long sleeved t-shirts was the same way. No customer service associates to be found. Then checking out, the young man at checkout acted as if i had imposed on his day. Never smiled, was rude when someone he knew was behind me and he wanted that person to come to his line. Called the customer over before I was even finished pulling out my Tanger Club Coupon Book. If the rating was solely based on my Old Navy experience it would have been 1 star. I ended my day at the Customer Service Center near Food Court. Line was long, only one Rep serviceing that station. The service provided by this Rep was worth waiting for. Pleasant mannered, helpful, explained my receipt rewards and acknowledged others in line as she was assisting. Pretty good experience overall. read more

I enjoyed a long weekend visit to Myrtle Beach this past weekend and we of course fit in a visit to the Hwy 17 outlets. Found some good deals. Was able to register enough receipts at Customer Service to earn a free bag - BTW, love the ladies in Customer Service - and the Tootsie Rolls they were pushing(!) :-) I was disappointed however, to come back home to the Raleigh area Sunday evening and THEN receive special birthday coupons (my birthday was 2/26 - a week ago) that I could have used while I was there! Especially since they were $15 off a $15 purchase! I'm not sure why they were sent after my birthday and I don't know when I'll hit a Tanger Outlet again. Hate to see free money go to waste. Aside from that, can't say enough positive things about Tanger - especially the Hwy 17 location. read more

I love going to Tanger Outlet. Got the free coupon book but theres not really that much in there that I could use unless you spend a boatload of money. I think it would be better to get a percentage off or lower the amounts you have to spend to be able to use it. Maybe I'm a minority but I can't spend $75 -$125 at each store to save a small amount. I would be more likely to spend at that store if it was off my total purchase without the limit. My friend bought a pair of New Balance and there was a coupon but they said we couldn't use it for that purchase. It was just a pair of shoes nothing special about them or no special discount already. Oh well what can you do. read more

The food court was very clean and had a good selection to pick from. At each store we were greeted by sales associates and asked if we needed help. Every store that we went in was very clean and the prices were very reasonable. Outside the stores there was plenty of benches and tables if would needed to sit and rest a while also. read more

Great deals. Very friendly people in the management office and stores. Really wish they would get Nike so I don't have to drive to the one on 501. read more

I always enjoy shopping at this Tanger Outlet Mall. The selection of stores is nice. The employees at the stores I visit are very helpful and kind, and the place is clean. I liked getting my coupon book. They even gave my niece one and I didn't have to ask! It was a fun shopping day! I did find some bargains, but you have to look for them. read more

I was hoping for better deals with this being an outlet. When we went to outlets in Williamsburg, VA we came across some great deals. These stores at the outlets on 17, did not seem to have good deals. A few stores here and there such as J.Crew($10 dress pants), and Ralph Lauren Polo were the exceptions that had some good sales. There were several stores that did do a military discount. Overall, I was a bit disappointed in this outlet as I was hoping for some great deals. A lot of these stores, I could buy the items cheaper at home through Dicks Sporting Goods, Belk, or online. If you time it right, there may be some good sales, but when we went, there weren't many at all! read more

I bring my mom here every time she visits. They have a huge selection of clothing, shoe, jewelry, and lots of other kinds of stores. I load up on clothes at Tommy Hill and nautica, they both have very friendly staff, as were the staff at every store iv been to here. It's nice to walk around outside while your shopping, and the prices are so much less than dept stores. Seemed clean. Would recommend. read more

This was my 1st trip to any Tanger Mall, even though we have one at the Jefferson Mall close by. I am not a big shopper but I think I converted that week that I was here. I was very impressed with all the sale prices and did get some good bargains. I also got the leather bag free. I have some other receipts to add to the ones I have. I am not sure exactly how to do it. I see there is an app to download, it sounds like you can add your receipts on there somewhere. I hope it is user friendly, because I am not very good with computers, etc. LOL I hope if someone sees this they might tell me how to download my receipts. Now when I go to another Tanger mall do these receipts count there also? Thanks so much. Grove City, OH read more

Our recent trip to the Tanger Outlet was a success. We found lots of bargains, friendly staff at each store we visited and a lot of variety. But the most important event happened after we left. When we returned home from our vacation we realized that we were missing one of our purchases. The very next morning I starting calling each store that we had visited, including the Tanger Outlet Service Center, to see if anyone had found our package. At the last store, Wilson Leather, Jeff who had waited on us told me that he had found the package. He asked for our information and said it would be shipped the next day. We are exciting about receiving our purchase any day now, but are really proud of the staff at Wilson's especially Jeff. It is a pleasure to know that there are still honest people who are willing to help. I will be back at this outlet in a few weeks with 18 of my lady friends and we will all be glad to go in and say thank you to Jeff. Thank you all for your help. The Donovans read more
