These outlets are definitely more our speed as it holds stores with actual sales. The cleanliness of the property was superb, adding in little seating areas throughout for when you need to sit and figure out how much you've spent (and how much more you can spend). The restaurant choices in there are lacking a tad, but after a ton of walking, we become less picky so it really doesn't matter. I hate this outlet. Their offers and discounts made me spend way more money that I had received for shopping. The nice thing compared to other outlet is the lack of people visiting. I was like the only customer inside the Michael Kors store. That makes it a better experience than the crowded outlets of Orlando. One of the girls behind the register mumble something to my wife and I which I didn't understand at all. So I mumble right back to her, as she reply huh? Exactly my point! Your typically outlet mall with alot less people than Orlando. One tip is that they have a splash pad for the kiddies, so be sure to bring their suites on a warm Florida day. The oulet mall is all outdoors with very little shade. Happy Shopping! read more

Living in Orlando we all know about outlet shopping. We also know what a nightmare the Premium Outlets are. This was a refreshing change. Of course everything is brand new and looks as such. Plenty of stores that you'd expect to find in outlets and A LOT of room for expansion. Not very far from other shopping locations in Daytona as well. If I'm gonna make a 45 minute drive to go to some outlets it will definitely be here and not I-Drive. read more

First I want to say the Tanger outlets is beautiful! However, when I returned to the outlets to purchase something with my boyfriend the store we went to was closed 15 minutes before the actual closing time. And the guy in there didn't even bother to acknowledge us. Needless to say we are not returning to this outlet. I know this comment won't make a huge difference but I hope something is done about it. Basically I love this mall! There are a lot of different comfortable chairs all over the mall. Good place to walk around and clean restrooms. It is new but please keep these up. The member's lounge has snacks and coffee. The draw backs are no food court and not enough stores. read more

We have passed by twice but because we travel late at night obviously hasn't been open. We were coming back home from Orlando (live in jax) earlier than normal just to check out the new outlet mall!! I love!! I love the little water park for my son who is 1 and loves water!!! The shops were all amazing! Although craters locked their doors 15 minutes before they were technically suppose to close. Which was disappointing since my son just had an accident and no back up clothes on us at that moment. Very well lit, plenty of seating and "chill areas" throughout. I love the presence of security. I loved that there was now an outlet mall in Volusia county. I usually have to drive 40 miles to the Orlando outlet malls. The outlet itself is easy to access off of LPGA Blvd. and I-95. As others have said there is quite a bit of room for expansion. I have been there three times now. The last two it hasn't been very busy but there are pretty decent deals if you look around. Two improvements that I would recommend are more stores, it's probably half the size of Belz factory outlet, and the need for a food court. I've left twice now earlier than I really wanted to to find something to eat elsewhere. There are a few places to dine but it's a very limited number. Architecturally it's a gorgeous place. It's much nicer than any other outlet mall I have been to. There are many open areas and benches to sit down and relax on. It also has charging stations for your cell phone and is impeccably maintained. Basically it's a great start, now expand your store and restaurant options and you'll be a major shopping destination. read more

The grounds are beautiful, but in my opinion, the store selection is poor. There are many stores that we already have in this area in other strip malls such as Old Navy, Kirklands, Zales, Kay, Rack Room Shoes, Famous Footwear, Bath and Body works, Lane Bryant, etc., and as others have commented, the prices aren't any lower. Where is the Nine-West, Coach, Lucky Brand, White House Black Market, Williams Sonoma, American Eagle, BCBG, etc., outlets? We have been to the Tanger Outlets several times and it has always been a great shopping experience. We enjoy the variety of stores and I have to say we have visited mall services a couple of times and found the folks there to be very helpful and fun to deal with. Two suggestions; more covered outside areas that would provide some protection from the rain, the second is a food court. I know that several restaurants are scheduled for the close by area but a small food court would be nice. read more

Pretty good place, love the outdoor mall type shopping areas. the stores are pretty good. The sketchers store is not a outlet at there prices are so out of line for the level of shoes that they have. The outlets should be that a outlet, sketchers should close there doors or lower there prices. They are just stupid. under armour is a pretty good store, the candy store is a bit pricey. i would love to give this place 5 stars but the lack of true outlets and few food stops. make this a one stop one store place. read more

I am very excited that finally Daytona Beach has a placeof this caliber for shopping! The restrooms were among the cleanest, most private and modern of any center I have seen. There is even a room where Moms can feed their infants in privacy with their other children playing nearby! That really impressed me! Thank you. The layout of the mall makes it easy to access certain stores from the parking lot near where you may want to shop. There are beautidul sitting areas scattered throughout the walkways complete with charging stations. I really enjoyed my shopping experience with a nice variety of stores, crisp, clean and modern with extremely friendly staff in each one we visited. Dont forget to visit the Service Center at the south end of the center to get a valuable coupon booklet and register for emails about upcoming sales and events. COLUMBIA CUSTOMERS BEWARE. Don't let the two stars mislead you. I love this outlet center but the Columbia Store has been a disappointment. After spending a great deal of money I ended with a belt that broke less than a month after purchasing it. Went to the store and although they were nice they said I had to send it back to the company even though there was a whole rack of them. I called corporate and got a terrible run around. I have purchased Columbia for years at outlets, Bass Pro, Cabelas, Bealls etc and never had a problem. If something was defective they exchanged it on the spot but not at the outlet center. I would be very careful about making any purchases here and stick with the other retailers that will stand behind the product because this outlet store will not. You will be left holding the bag and will have to take the time and expense of packaging, shipping paying and waiting, even though you already paid for the item. The Bass Pro Shop and Bealls are both very close, go there!! read more

Tanger Outlets has become my new favorite outlet mall, even though I have yet to visit. The Tanger management team is very innovative. They have established a personal shopper program, allowing me to do all of my Christmas shopping through e-mail and phone calls. The personal shopper at the Daytona Beach location was wonderful! Stevie and I discussed what my shopping needs were, then she took it from there. She wasted no time in shopping for the three gifts on which we had decided. The diamond necklace was the toughest decision for the both of us, but through a series of e-mail exchanges, including photos of the items, I decided to go with one of her recommendations. She called me with a total, then arranged to have the packages gift wrapped and shipped to me. The personal shopping service is a free service! We love the new Tangor Outlets in Daytona Beach. We go up there at least 3 times a week and the atmosphere is wonderful. It helps that it is pet friendly so we take our dog in his stroller each time we go and he loves it. The employees in every store are very nice and very professional.
