Nice stores but I really hate how we called in a potential security risk and were ignored. Hate not feeling safe in a place, so I will stick to the outlets closer to home. I saw the business owner replied so I'll elaborate more on my review. The reply was that security is taken seriously there, but it isn't. I won't go into detail as to the nature of our security issue but I will say that we contacted the main office. We called in, reported what we saw, and waited for an officer, police, or anyone to help. My partner and I are both proud veterans, but we could only wait for so long for someone to show up. Paying lip service by posting a reply 3 weeks later doesn't connote good security, it is called a CYA (google it if you don't know what it means). What a shame because every other time I've gone to a Tanger outlet I've loved it. Shame on people for pretending to care when they don't. read more

This is a nice array of shops and even though I would have liked to have more oof them or a better selections but overall it is what it is. I have been to Tanger Outlets in several other areas - and these were right on par but with more of a selection inside the stores. I think the main issue is the selection of the items of the stores. Maybe after the holidays they haven't gotten many trucks since then. Most of the items were the same old same old that people didn't want. Plenty of shops that tailor to both men and women. Obviously I'm more partial the men's clothing and the outlets are near to plenty of food and other shopping centers. This would be a nice place to stop on a rainy day or on the way in and out of town. I can say I highly recommend the outlets and the Polo and other men's stores are well-stocked and there were items I haven't seen in others that I would have liked to pop on. We stopped here as a break from a very long road trip and even though I didn't get to stop and buy much I would come back. I would just fly next time rather than drive a day. read more

This mall might take an hour or two for you to roam around, but don't plan on this being a whole day outing. The good: Nice big parking lot, and we were able to park close by. The stores are all clean and roomy. New Kate Spade Outlet just opened! Converse Store employees were very helpful. The okay: This is the smallest outlet mall I have ever been to. I know new stores are coming all the time, but right now, it's essentially two wings. I was ready to keep going, and my Mom was like "that's it". hah! You have to walk outside to get from store to store, like most outlets, and they have a bit of a decorative overhang/roof type thing, but it did little to block the rain, which is inevitable in Florida. Long story short: bring your umbrella! Oh, and be prepared to sweat. But, since you won't be here long, the rain and heat are no big deal. read more

While visiting NSB we decided to do a little shopping. So we hit the outlets in Daytona Beach. We visited on a Monday at 11am. The place was kind of dead. Understood people are working or maybe at the beach, but it was the middle of summer. That being said, there weren't a lot of stores. The stores that were there were the larger chains. H&M, Old Navy, American Eagle, etc. Not a ton of deals, but just kind of average. Overall you can go if in the area, but I wouldn't make a special trip. read more

Nice outlets. Not crazy crowded every time I've been here even around holidays! The outdoor areas are all really nice and "tropical". There are palm trees, nice outdoor couches to lounge on, swings, etc. Great for those accompanying shoppers who do not want to shop themselves.. haha. Decent selection of retail stores. There are definitely bigger outlets such as the one in Orlando. So I would come here if this is the closest one to you, but no need to trek here if you are more than an hour or so from here. The only con is that there isn't a good food selection. No food court like many bigger outlets do. There are only a few places like Jimmy johns and a pizza place to get a proper meal. The rest are snacks such as auntie anne's, dunkin donuts (no starbucks). Or you can just eat lots of candy at I love sugar. read more

Plenty of shops. My family decided to do some back to school shopping to beat the crowds and I think we just missed the crowds almost everything in my kids sizes were gone. Good thing there are plenty of shops here so we were able to get them what they needed to get back to school in style. I love the outdoor setting even in the Florida summer heat enjoy the neat water feature, grass sitting areas and swings. With lots of stores it's a no brainer to stop here and do some shopping. If you have kids and you think the heat may be too much there's an outdoor water area that they can splash in on the south east corner. Parents be warned there's a toy store here too it's not fancy and it caught us off guard just giving y'all the heads up. read more

Pronounced TANGer (think the old school orange drink and you've got it), these outlets are a new addition to the area and are slowly building out a nice shopping area. We were out in the Ormond Beach area, so on the drive back into Orlando, we decided to stretch our legs and check this place out. Parking was pretty simple and there was a ton of it. There was a far number of shops already opened, however, there is great potential for more stores to come! It was nicely laid out and we easily traversed the whole place without feeling like we may have missed stores. They have several seating areas and there was a nice water feature as well. Overall: A Plenty of room for growth, but a great place to shop around as is! read more

I will say that H&M always has good sales there, but the other stores are not that great. If you are reading this, just drive another hour to Orlando and visit those outlet malls. Okay, so I'm a little spoiled when it comes to shopping at Outlets. I mean, we have 2 great locations in Orlando and so I'll try to do the best I can by not comparing them. Took a nice drive on a beautiful Saturday and decided to head more East on I-4 towards Daytona. The drive was great about, 40 minutes or less and we arrived. I was expecting the outlets to be easily seen from my freeway of travel but it's actually really close to I-95. Driving there from I-4, you'll actually pass the speedway and take a few turns to arrive. Great location but the area around it is empty, I can only assume they plan on building more businesses or restaurants, maybe a few apartments in the area to draw more people and bring more life to that spot. Parking was very, very easy and on a Saturday afternoon too! There were a few parking spots really close to the front and we found a great spot in front of H&M. The store selections were pretty decent and the sales were fabulous. I did notice they had very little high end outlet stores and they did not have a food court, I love food courts! Mainly for the convenience of things. They did however have a few food places, here and there, just spread out such as, Dunkin Donuts, Jimmy John's, a pizza spot and a Chinese restaurant. I tried to use their informational Touchscreen map and for some reason, the food places were not listed on there but only the shops were. Very inconvenient for me because we had to walk around to look for places to eat. Also, every food place does not have a bathroom or tables to sit on. I do like their lounge sitting areas available all throughout, so nice and convenient. They even had swings and a few places for children. Another plus is they offered a Tanger VIP lounge for members where they offer snacks and drinks. I need to find out more about it to take advantage of. Anyway, I look forward for the growth of this outlet and people it will draw to the area, Daytona needed this place! There are a bunch of stores here for the entire family but it's still growing and very little visitors especially on a Saturday afternoon! I'm hoping they expand and strategically place businesses that will draw more people to this area! read more

What a nice outlet mall with a splash pad for kids and nice fountains and trees. There are quite a few tables to relax on. Restrooms are super clean with fountains. The customer service people are very friendly and explained the current 20% off promotion they have only a couple times a year. The coupon booklet is nice. This mall is quite new with lots of room for expansion. A number of the storefronts had "coming soon" signs. As it was mid week and mid day there wasn't much traffic in any of the stores. Many favorite stores here as in most other Tanger outlets. One of the nicest things was the many comfortable seating areas -- some of them even covered or with umbrellas in many places among the stores. As it is an outdoor mall, this will be even more important in hotter weather. The signage is not the best. And the electronic directory takes getting used to. Also there is no food court. We wound up eating at a pretty awful Chinese buffet as all we could see was that and a Dunkin Donuts. Found out later there is also a sub shop and a pizza place. But no restaurants were categorized on the computerized directory. Lots of sales at the stores at the moment if you're in the area... read more

This outlet mall is really nice. They have the small areas that almost look like parks. It's great for children. If you were in the mood to walk and enjoy a nice day of whether this is the place to be. They have so many different types of shops. I would recommend this place. read more

I miss the Tanger outlet at Stoud Oklahoma. It was ashamed they didn't rebuild after the tornado hit it. This Tanger outlet was way more touristy than most since it was located in Daytona Beach. A good place to stop if you're in the area a little difficult to get in and out of due to construction right now. The stores offer a wide variety of merchandise from the children to the elderly. The prices are comparable to any you will find anywhere else in similar outlet malls. Surrounding the mall there are restaurants and stores are not involved specifically in the mall which again add to the variety of merchandise that you could purchase here. Once this area is construction is completed it will be a great place to Stop & Shop. Right now it is a good place to stop and shop except for the construction. read more

I'm not sure what these other reviewer's problems are, because I thought this place was the bees knees. I've been to a lot of outlet malls, and specifically Tangers. This was by far the nicest one I've been to. Take a look at my pics. They have a nice and private nursing area for nursing mothers with a rocking chair and everything in the ladies bathroom! Have you seen the water park? I thought about buying a bathing suit just to run through it. They also have tons of different rest areas and communal areas for folks to rest and chill. I especially loved the porch swings. Some other reviewers complained about long lines and having to wait. This wasn't the case for me, but maybe it was because I went on a weekday. It was the afternoon though. The grounds and bathrooms were clean and parking was a breeze compared to other outlets. Yes, there are limited food options, but that's because that whole development is new. Don't worry, there will be more. I did see a Jimmy John's and a Dunkin donuts within the outlet itself, which is nice. Overall, great outlet mall experience. That's the thing you have to remember it's the outlets, not an upscale mall, but it had upscale vibes. Nice work Tanger. read more

The best outlet mall I ever went to yet. I like the VIP lounge with tea, coffee, charging areas for phones, and large televisions with coffees for members and their savings program is wonderful. Unfortunately, the VIP lounge is only open three days a week. I got ten dollar gift card/ coupons for Ralph Lauren Polo, Nike, and H & M this July. My friends loved GUESS store and the $20 coupon I gave them. I love their appealing rest areas and water playground in the mall. I had a small and very cheap shopping spree here due to all my gift cards and take $10 off coupons. So much fun! read more

Holy smokes the St.Johns town center should take some notes!! It's by far the coolest mall I've been to! The design I feel is what drew me in. The grassy areas with chairs, shade, it's literally built for your comfort at this mall. Yeah, the stores are nice but I'm more focused on the outside design! Parking at this mall is pretty easy and super close to the actual mall itself. I can't wait to go back when it's a bit cool, grab a coffee and lounge in one of their many hang out spots outside in between my shopping! read more

Suggestion to all malls -- have a Men's Lounge with PS4/X-Box, non-alcoholic drinks (sodas, Redbulls etc.), TVs with cable and pool tables. Otherwise, Tanger Outlets is a great choice. Finally, we don't have to go to Orlando or St. Augustine to enjoy a day of shopping. Location is amazing. Usually No traffic. More than one route to reach there. No maternity stores...not a single one. They have a couple of baby clothes stores, but nothing for the moms. Really not impressed with this mall. The sun is oppressive, the "food court" has nothing. Better to just keep driving to a better outlet mall. read more

So, this was our last stop before leaving Daytona. This Tanger is extremely clean! From the stores to the restrooms, everything was well maintained. Having ample seating around the outlets equipped with charging ports was a welcomed surprise. Only visited a few stores: Polo, Salt Life, Banana Republic and American Eagle. All employees were friendly and helpful. All this place needs is a few more stores and it would be perfect. I like this Outlet at first when we moved here last year some of the store was not up so we would go to St Augustine. It is smaller compare to the other one but all the store is all together and walking distant. The other one separate from male & female store is on the other side of the freeway which it doesn't make sense. This place is nice,new, clean and have all the store I like to shop ( MK, Nike, salt life, glass hot, American Eagle, 21 and others. They have always have a good sales. I did pass by a food court but we didn't eat in so I can't say much about it. There is pretzel and smoothie between stores a lot Place to sit and rest, water place to cool off for the kids. These outlets are brand new and very attractive and comfortable. The Haagen Daz ice cream isn't open yet, but we found everything else we were looking for. There are numerous seating areas, benches, rest rooms, water fountains, and vending machines. It was a very pleasant visit. read more

Decided to stop here on my way home from Disney. This place was packed!! I should have known better since it had only opened 2 days prior and the holiday shopping season is ramping up. Anyway, the parking was crazy. There were signs all over stating that cars would be towed; yet people still parked along the main road, in undeveloped land, and on sidewalks. I didn't see any tow trucks, so I don't know if people were actually towed. I was lucky enough to find a spot in the parking lot. Anyway, the grounds are nice. There are several different areas to sit, there's a splash pad for the kids, and there's also a waterfall. They had face painting for the kids. The stores seem to be too small, which was amplified by the fact that this place was so crowded that you could barely move around in some stores. There also aren't a lot of food options. Most importantly, Outlets are supposed to be cheaper than the regular stores. There doesn't seem to be much of a difference, if any at all, between the outlet store prices and the traditional stores. read more
