TRIED SCAMMING ME FOR 5000$…read more brought my 2026 BMW M340i to this shop after damaging my suspension and wheel. They quoted me nearly $5,000 for the repair, including over $2,300 in labor. That immediately seemed excessive, so I decided to get a second opinion. Another reputable shop repaired my car for $1,100 total--$500 for the control arm, alignment, and labor, and $600 to repair my rims. The car drives great now. I left feeling like they saw an opportunity to overcharge me instead of giving me a fair estimate. Whether that was their intention or not, that's how the experience came across to me. A difference of almost 5.000$ for the same repair is hard to justify. Always get a second opinion before agreeing to major repairs here. It saved me thousands of dollars

Gave me a quick and easy quote for a battery replacement, and set me up for someone to come to my home to replace my battery. Was able to stay in touch via text, to address any other concerns or questions of mine, which was helpful. Took just a little under an hour for service to get to my home. When arrived, Britt was the one who took care of me. He was professional and very friendly. Stated that replacing the battery should take about 30mins to complete, however, he completed it just within 20mins! Cost was reasonable, given that they come to you to provide service on the spot. Would have spent more if I had the vehicle towed to an auto shop and then paid for a battery service on top of that. Overall, the service that was provided was excellent, and will recommend to anyone who needs their vehicle serviced at a location of theirs.

I had texted him about the hassle I went thru after my minivan's alternator went out in July 2026, 15 months they had replaced it. Somehow that text did not go thru to his phone. The alternator had gone out when I was on the road, 4 hours away from home. Once they saw my review (Sep 2026), they reached out within a few hours. This showed me that this company cares about its reputation and had high standard of customer service. We talked and Thomas told me he would refund me the cost of the alternator. I received the money but it was more than just the money that left a great impression upon me. It was the honesty, integrity and the willingness to listen to my less-than-great initial experience. Anyhow, I think of them as a solid business that puts its customers first. I have updated them to 5 stars. They have earned it!

Not only are they friendly, efficient & more cost effective than the dealerships, the level of care & service they provide is TOP NOTCH! Intune Motors is located near The District at Tustin Legacy, on Construction Circle. They offer a wide range of automotive services ~ ranging from oil changes, engine repairs, tune-ups, brakes, diagnostics, mechanical repairs, fluid services, and also factory internal services & aftermarket upgrades. They specialize in European vehicles and employ ASE-Certified Master Technicians, so you know you are in good hands. Intune Motors also offers a warranty on parts and services. My family has taken my son's 2015 Lexus IS 250 here for repair and most recently, my mom's 2016 BMW X5. I had called Thuc on a weekday, close to closing because my mom's SUV was leaking oil and he was kind enough to fit us in that day. His level of concern for her safety (similar to how he'd treat his own mom) really touched us. In the end, my mom had to leave her car there for a few days for repair and once completed, Thuc even followed-up with us (a few days later) to ensure no further problems occurred & no more oil leaks. From my personal experience, a lot of independent service places & even dealerships often just do the service, take your money and send you home without batting another eye..but not here! That shows the commitment and dedication to developing long-term relationships with each of their clients by practicing good, honest principles daily. This definitely creates trust & loyalty for ever-lasting customer satisfaction & client comeback. I can't rave enough about Thuc & his shop and will surely take our cars back in the future & recommend to all our friends & family, when needed!!!

If you need a pre-purchase inspection or any auto repair, whether it be european, american, japanese made, etc, and EVs, take your car here and don't think twice. We reached out to Arnold for a pre-purchase inspection. While six other places quoted us $250-$350 for a "comprehensive" inspection, we paid Arnold $100, which was a STEAL for what he did, even more than what the others promised. He spent at least two hours thoroughly checking the vehicle, test driving it and walking us through every detail so we truly understood its condition. We were looking at buying an Audi Q4 e-tron that had a damage report. A reputable dealership told us it was "minor" and offered to take it to the mechanic for our peace of mind. After browsing Yelp and reading the amazing reviews, we decided to come here instead and I'm so glad we did. I had already done my due diligence and familiarized myself with the vehicle and potential issues. I asked Arnold very specific, technical questions that I already knew the answers to. He answered every single one with clarity and confidence and everything I was expecting to hear. My husband stayed the entire time, and Arnold patiently explained everything while inspecting the car. You can tell he was that kid that made the auto shop his playground growing up. He's passionate, meticulous, and GENUINELY cares. What impressed me most is that Arnold will never pressure you. He won't tell you "don't buy it," but he will clearly explain what could go wrong and what it might cost to fix. When I pressed him for his honest opinion, he said he personally wouldn't buy it at the listed price but if we negotiated it lower, then it might be worth considering. That level of honesty is RARE. They are your small local auto shop but I would choose them over any flashy, grandiose service center any day. Their integrity and transparency make them stand out.
