After hearing that one of my places for banh canh cua in Springvale had gone down the drain, I am happy to have found a nice substitute. Parking is pretty easy since it shares the car park with the Safeway next door, but if you're super lazy you can pay to park right behind the restaurant. Food and service are on point. Its actually really clean inside and a nice place compared to many of the hole in the wall pho joints in Springvale. My cousin ordered bun bo hue which she said was very nice. When you order the banh canh cua, you can order the normal version or the house special. Obviously the house special is going to cost a lot more, but what I didn't like was how much work you had to do to for the crab legs. I will probably get the normal version next time because it was pretty messy and your food would get cold if you spent all that time trying to pull out all the crab meat out. I am definitely looking forward to coming back! read more
