Okay so this is my first negative review of anything ever. Not really the type to complain but geeze has this place been an expierence. ****DISCLAIMER*** The staff and customer service people are amazing! *chefs kiss*. They are honestly the reason I still go here after 6 months. All of the front desk people have gone above and beyond to help me with stuff and are so nice about all of the issues it's just out of their hands. So I won't list every single time I've had a bad expierence because it's slightly embarrassing that I still give them almost $100 a month. First thing I'll mention but not the first thing that happened. I went into their versa spray and it dropped down and missed my calves and shins and super sprayed my feet two days before a wedding. Then I started going to their other location (Anderson Mill)where I was told about the great infrared spa booth that I was stuck in for 30 mins where the super sweet employee tried to yell instructions thru the door as I laid there naked. Never tried a spa thing again even tho I pay for it. So I go back to this location where the booth is "fixed", this time it skips my face and blasts my arms and chest which was a super cute look for my UNCLES FUNERAL. At this point I call customer service which leads you to very nice helpful people that have no power to do anything but pass your info to the owners. Never heard from them this time. To be honest I don't even remember the multiple things that built up after that (I know I had a few more bad spray tans)that finally led to someone texting me and offering me a free spray tan. After I replied that I pay for unlimited spray tans I never heard back about how they were fixing this problem or anything else. Tonight I went in for a spray tan and took some photos (that I did show to the front desk employee even tho it's not like they have lazy employees it's years of not caring). It's pretty rough. For a service I have spent about $600 for at this point I just wanted to make sure no one does the same. For now I'm still going here, I'm hoping that maybe this post will cause someone on their end to do something because this place has a TON of potential. Great lay down beds for the most part. An amazing staff. But geeeeeze am I frustrated this is my main option here in Cedar Park. On the off chance this review actually has any impact I will update if things are fixed because once again I would love if this place didn't suck this bad. read more

Terrible Experience with this company! I started at the Avery Ranch Location until they closed early four different times (see review there). I switched to this location and found that the standup level 5 bed had bulbs burnt out. After weeks they were never fixed. I then asked to cancel when the manager said sure and I'd have until my next draft date (~28 days) to use the beds. I came back 2 weeks later and was told she was mistaken that my membership was expired and there's nothing I could do unless I pay to sign up and pay the sign up fee again! Very poor customer service and overall an awful experience after dealing with the other location as well. read more

They do a great job - super clean and a friendly staff. Convenient hours and easy to get to.

This place is so overpriced and super dirty. I spent $170 signing up and getting product...and tipping $29 before I had a chance to think WTF why. Their contract doesn't tell you all the little stupid stipulations for using money in your account. There were towels left in equipment from previous clients even when I got there right when they opened. Their times were in reliable and the owner is too chicken to call and talk to clients. This location is my favorite. The staff are friendly and get you in and out in no time flat. Taylor helped me find a package that worked for me. I don't tan very often and haven't had any issues. I really like this place however I was disappointed to learn that none of their locations carry the sunless body wash products anymore. I ONLY spray tan and I'd like to care for that spray tan with a sulfate free shower body wash. I ended up going to a competitor down the street to purchase a sunless body wash. Please consider carrying the sunless body wash for your clients that use spray tanning as their only service. Thank you read more

We came in here the other day, wanting to get some information about spray tanning. We had tried calling several times and no one answered. We were greeted by a young guy, who was polite, but appeared to be quite unsure of the processes and results. Without sounding too mean, he just seemed very unsure and unconfident about their business. I wonder if he was just the owner's son covering that one day, or something like that? Again, he was nice and polite (only reason for a second star), so this isn't against him as a person, but as a representative of this company. We ended up leaving without anything because we just got a bad feeling, and were concerned of coming out with a horrible spray tan. Honestly, when another customer walked in after us, we asked her if she knew about spray tans, we got more info from her than the employee! Please train your employees. read more

I signed up in December to use before vacation, and in January attempted to cancel per the contract which says you have to do it online, not via phone. The chat bubble that you have to use requires information from the signup (but it was entered into the system wrong and admitted via an email) so I was directed to call. I called and cancelled but they billed me for two more months and refused to reimburse me, even though they admitted fault. Poor business standards, and customer service. read more

I just left this place and won't go back to this location again. I usually tan at the Avery Ranch/Parmer location and I will continue to tan there. This location is a NO!!! My pics say enough. Check out the Versa tanning room. So so dirty! Did I take my shoes off to tan? Nope didn't tan at all. Took pics and left. I'm sorry but no owner could have a good enough excuse for this filth. Did not want to loose my Mexico tan, so found Tan-it-all. Ashleigh has been such a great help in teaching us the ins and outs of indoor tanning, and the place is always clean and she is so friendly. Well worth the monthly fee which I might add is very cheap!!! read more

The young lady at the counter was very sweet and did her best to assist me. However the issue is the owner of this location. Poor training and lack of knowledge on services offered. First time tanning should be done at a less amount of time not full time. I had to ask to reduce the time. The red light cocoon bed was dirty, smelled of sweat and didn't work right away. I had to get dressed three times to let her know it's not working. I had questions about the face light because I have sensitive skin and needed to know if there were possible reactions or conditions in which certain guests shouldn't use it. I was told she didn't know. The tanning bed was dirty. Floors dirty as well. I couldn't get a receipt of payment and after that experience I said I already paid but I definitely want to cancel so I'm not billed any further. I was told I can't do that, I have to leave a message lol.... The owner does not value new business. Please go elsewhere. I usually go to palm Beach, this location was just now convenient to me.. but I'll be going back to palm Beach read more

I've been even luckier because Tiffany works there. Not only is she amazingly friendly, kind, and professional (and sometimes seems like a therapist:-), she's incredibly knowledgeable about the beds, amenities, and products. read more

I have been a customer at Tan It All since 2008. I've always been treated so great by the staff here. The facility is always clean and efficient. I've never had any issues with billing or with getting a bed I chose. Love how they open early and always have the same smiling, friendly staff. I miss Erin and Jenny the old managers, but with Ashley as new manager, she is a great, friendly addition. I will always keep coming back and highly recommend this place of business. read more

Please get the Norvel at this location. I shouldn't have to drive to Round Rock to use their Norvell when I live in Cedar Park. That is the only reason why I gave 3 stars. I would list 5 but need the Norvel to do so. Thank you!! read more

Havent been to thr Round Rock location or chain before but I will definitely go back., I love the spray tan and its safe- (come on people, your just plain DUMB to be doing the tanning booths!!)- the best part though was Mike- he was thorough in explaining everything to me and super nice !! Don't use this place! The lady up front is super sweet, the people running it don'thave a clue! When I started I told her I would probably only be able to do 1 month at the time. She said she would make a note to put my account on hold close to end of the month. I spent almost $200 to join, for one month, and the lotions. One week later Covid happened. I got to come in 4 times b4 starting to work almost 80 hours a week. No school or daycare and too many hours so could not come. The next auto payment happened even though I was told my account would be put on hold. I emailed and was told I would get a credit. I told them to cancel my account, $250 for 4 tanning sessions is too much! So I was already supposed to have almost a month of service on hold, was expecting a credit to my bank but it never happened. So now I was charged AGAIN even after i said to cancel. I emailed again and was told i couldn't get last month's money returned! These people do not know how to run a business nor do they know how to provide customer service. They could have kept a customer but instead now they will be reported to the BBB, DSHS, & FDA. Oh I neglected to mention that my child and I were exposed to covid but they still want me to use my credit there and possibly expose anyone I come in contact with just so they don't have to return the money they were not even supposed to draft. read more

Lol glad the tanning place I was at got bought out by them cause now I can use the 1890 ranch location as well & it's easy & convenient! & tan it all offers a pay in 2 weeks plan so if you don't have the funds up front for a lotion you really want, do the pay in 2 weeks offer& you're good to go! I have been a LONG term customer and though I asked to cancel, they ignored my request, decided not to respond and send me to collections! So today, Tan It All put a Groupon up for Versa Spa spray tanning. I have never gotten a spray tan but I am done tanning in booths so I thought I would give it a try. I arrived there at 4:30 but didn't realize that it closed at 5. Normally when you walk in somewhere 30 minutes till closing, the staff will sometimes give you the cold shoulder. Not the case. I was greeted by Courtney and Jessica who both were courteous and knowledge about the spray tanning. I asked about a million questions and they were patient throughout the painstaking ordeal. They also offered their own experiences with Versa which was helpful. I was taken into the room and was shown exactly what to do when I stepped into the booth. Of course I panicked (while getting sprayed) and forgot to turn when I needed to. After I was done, I got dressed and went to the waiting area to ask what I could do about my mishap. Both girls were extremely sweet about it and offered to let me do it again so I could get the side of my body that I missed. I was almost shocked that they offered to let me go again. They could have easily said no or charged me for a second time. I stepped in really quickly and tanned the other side of my body. As I was leaving, I thanked them profusely and was super satisfied. I have two more spray tans that I paid for through Groupon so hopefully next time, I will get my ENTIRE body sprayed. Fingers crossed! read more

I was very leery of a tanning salon but I had a good tan and wanted to keep it, so my sister talked me into going with her. I Love It ! this place is always so clean, Ashleigh makes us feel so welcomed and has taught us so much about the dos and don ts and yes I love my tan and the quiet time I get, while I am tanning. This place is filthy. I am have tanned / spray tanned for a long time and was shocked by how gross this place was. I understand the versa spa is a mist and basically coats the whole room which results in discoloration of the walls/doors or even the vents but this is just plan gross. No where have I ever spray tanned before is like this. Just walking in the room is disgusting. On top of that the versa spa heater has been out for ever! supposedly the machine was fixed and it's still broken. Each time I spray tan the bottoms of my feet are black. Which mean they do a horrible job of cleaning it between clinets. I have tanned at 4 other places that offer the versa spa and like I said before this place is just disgusting. read more
