This place is dirty and almost all the beds are in disrepair now and need to be replaced (the Redlight bed feels like it's about to take off into space or explode because it rattles/shakes so bad). It smells like mold, has bugs, and they do not clean the beds well after each use anymore (lotion and hand prints on the lids multiple times). It clearly is a business that doesn't want to reinvest in upkeep. It was good while Tiffany was still managing it, but has gone way down hill since she left. read more

Just wanted a pre-cruise one time tan. They require too much personal information including your drivers license number, address, phone, birth date, credit card-- and they even take your picture. Everything they need to steal your identity. When I asked why, they could not tell me but said they would not proceed unless I gave them all the above information. It's more than clear none of that is needed and they are only harvesting personal information. I would definitely recommend you stay away. read more

I had went online to freeze my account when I moved. Shortly after that, they charged me in one transaction for two months. Pulled 170 something dollars out of my account. I then called and spoke with somebody about this issue, requesting a refund. They had let me know they will issue my request to give me a refund. A month passed by. I still hadn't received anything so I called. Apparently they denied my refund. Their claim is that they didn't see that I had froze or canceled my account. Such a scam! They tell you that you can freeze online at any time. That's a joke and do not fall for it. read more

She was warm, welcoming, professional and a breath of fresh air. I intend to reach out to the owner to share my praise. I can only assume her business approach and attention to impeccable customer service will attract similar employees, as well as new customers and referrals from existing ones. Since COVID-19, I have not utilized my membership and considered canceling since I've paid but not utilized the services. After today, not only did I not cancel, I purchased skin care products and am considering increasing my service offerings. This proves that excellent customer service really makes a difference. STAY AWAY FROM HERE! Not worth your money or your business!! This place is overpriced for absolutely no reason. The staff is unprofessional and not knowledgeable about tanning, the process, or the beds. I was put in the wrong bed multiple times and even put in for the wrong amount of time as well! You can tell the girls at the front counter have no idea what they're doing. At all the other places I've tanned, I've always felt confident to trust their opinion on the time I should stay in and/or the bed I should go in. However at Tan It All, it's a complete free for all... they'd seriously put a pale girl in a level 5 for the full time and not care! It is not comforting going to a place where it seems like the staff has no idea what they're doing. They claim to be so "spa-like" but it is not the case. This place is $10 more a month than the other tanning places in the area. For what reason I will never know? Each tanning room has an "Alexa" but if anything, I dislike it more than a regular radio. I don't want to have to scream at Alexa to play music so the whole tanning place can hear me and my music. If that's what they are charging $10 more for than their competitors, that's not worth it to me! They have nothing more to offer and nothing different than any other tanning place. Also be very VERY weary of the cancellation process! It is a 31 day notice (absolutely ridiculous and unreasonable). I know this place may be close and convenient but STAY AWAY! read more

I like my spray tans here and the staff that works here is always great and accommodating; however the operations manager of the area really needs to get their act together. I purchased an after-spray that ended up smelling awful to me (was not an option to test before purchase) and I wanted to return in because I wouldn't use it. I came in to return in on my 28th day of my new membership. The OM told the associate to not let me return it because it was "too close" to the 30 day return policy. The OM did me a "favor" by giving me 50% of what I paid for it instead of the full exchange at 75%.... ridiculous. Take care of your customers! I like this location, just buyers beware on their products and exchange policy. read more

This company uses extremely poor business practices and cons you into continuously buying their services despite cancellations. It took me three attempts to finally cancel (all via shady texts and continuously trying to reject my cancellations by having me buy more and if I don't keep saying "cancel" they don't cancel") and I ended up paying them almost $1k for services not rendered. read more

This is a great tanning facility with great customer service. The beds and facility are super clean and the staff is always friendly. What really impressed me is the Operations Manager called after I signed up to make sure I was happy and received superior service.
