Wax hurt like a freaking b$%^&. I don't know what they use, but they had to go over the same areas over and over again and it was PAINFUL. Yes, it was quick, but if you don't have good pain tolerance, don't even bother coming here because it will be the worst experience of your life. And this is coming from someone who believes they have relatively high pain tolerance. I can see how a short brazilian wax that saves you time can cost more, but the pain was not worth the extra cost. I ended up with bumps and a really sensitive and inflamed ta-ta afterwards. I will probably not be back. I will give more than 1 star because they were true to their timing.

She was extra careful and mindful and even went as far to make sure she personally applied barrier to each one of my finger nails and toe nails and then took the time to blend in solution with a makeup brush. You can really tell she's passionate about her services and truly cares for the person. I was in awe of her follow up as well. Before I went to see Jacqueline, who came highly recommended by a friend, I did my own shopping around to make sure I was getting the best service. Jacqueline stood out with her positive, polite attitude. She made me feel like a friend, not a potential client. She sent me beautiful pictures of her work, and she was quick to answer all of my questions (I had tons). She even gave me her personal cell phone number, so that I could reach her easily. Jacqueline went above and beyond before I even met her; so I set up an airbrush make up practice run with her. Naturally, I had a few qualms about the make up: I have acne scars that I wanted to hide, and I worried I would sweat the make up off. Jacqueline assured me that the airbrush make up was waterproof and would last all day. It was raining the day of my appointment, and she was right. The make up made my face look flawless, and it lasted all day! I even slept with it to see what it would look like the next day; I looked exactly the same. Not only did she earn my trust for my wedding make up, but I also signed up for a spray tan a few days before the wedding. I had never been spray tanned before, so I was a little nervous. I feared looking orange or smelling like tanning cream. Jacqueline mixed up a perfect color for me and was very professional throughout the entire process. My spray tan looked natural and lasted through my honeymoon. The day of my wedding, Jacqueline took care of my bridesmaids and me. She went arrived early and worked with my hairdresser to ensure that we would be ready on time. I received so many compliments the day of, and my pictures look amazing. Since then, I have been back for a spray tan, and I will not hesitate to get my make up done with Jacqueline in the future. I recommend her services 100%. Jaqueline did my cousin's makeup at a wedding back in October, and I loved it so much that I asked her to do mine. I have only had my makeup done one time in my life and I don't wear much makeup on a daily basis, so I was afraid I would look too made up. I was SO pleased with the work she did on my bridal party and me!! Everyone looked so natural and the photos came out great! I did my trial run with her a couple of months before the big day and communicated to her some changes I wanted in color and style. She was so receptive to what I wanted and made sure the day of the wedding that it looked perfect. I was 110% satisfied!!! It was everything I wanted. I received many compliments throughout the night, and the best thing was that it lasted for soooo long! I chose Jacqueline for my makeup artist on my wedding day, and I was so happy that I did. She was so sweet and easy to work with for me and all of my girls! I was very pleased with the trial I had with her prior to my wedding day as well. She completely listened to me and let me show her pictures of the looks that I liked for my eye makeup. She asked to make sure I liked it and if I wanted anything to be less or more. As you know your wedding day may not always go as planned so when our schedule was behind, Jacqueline worked so hard and professionally to ensure that everyone's makeup was done on time and that everyone looked beautiful. She even took the time to add some lashes on some of my teenage cousins who weren't scheduled for makeup but just "needed" some lashes! I am very picky when it comes to getting my makeup done and I wanted to find a MUA that was as talented as a celebrity MUA. I went on 2-3 makeup trials (before I found Jacqueline) and I was not satisfied with the result. Later I was telling a group a girls the bad experiences I recently had with my makeup trials, and how I was worried I wasn't going to find a MUA that was good enough to do my makeup for my bridal portraits and wedding. One of the girls referred me to her friend, Jacqueline. I had my trial done with Jacqueline for my bridal portraits and she did such a beautiful job, that I hired her for my wedding. If I could give Jacqueline 100 stars I would! I have used Jacqueline now at three weddings including my own, my sister's, and my sister in law's. Each time she has impressed me and made me look and feel my best! Each time I receive the best compliments! At each wedding she has done all the makeup herself for at least 8-10+ people and always with great timing! She uses top of the line make-up that seriously lasts ALL DAY! I had a major event recently and a friend recommended Jacqueline for makeup and airbrush tanning. She suggested I tan 2 days before my event which was very helpful so The tan looked completely natural!
