I specifically booked with Reagan, but when I arrived I was told she was not working and was assigned to another waxer instead. Throughout the entire appointment, the waxer did not ask me a single question about how I wanted my brows shaped or how much hair I wanted removed. When the service was finished, a significant portion of my eyebrow had been waxed off, including areas that had always been part of my natural brow shape. My brows are now uneven and look nothing like the shape I came in with. The most frustrating part is that this was completely avoidable. My brows already had a well-established shape and only needed minor cleanup. Instead, I left with a problem that will take weeks or months to grow out. I have since spent over $100 on brow growth products and cosmetics to help manage the damage. While I was given a refund for the service, a refund does not restore the eyebrow hair that was removed or the confidence lost as a result of this experience. I am extremely disappointed by both the quality of the service and the lack of consultation before such a dramatic change was made.

Me and my friend are both under 18, I am 17 and she is 16. I looked online to make my appointment a week ago and after booking I continued to look at their website and the policies. I saw there was a policy that 15-17 clients can only get a "hands face feet" massage. (which is still $160??) Now I'm confused because my friend is 16 and has already gotten a massage (by herself) with them with no issue. I call the next day and they tell me the same thing I read on the website and inform me that I cannot get a signature massage. I cancel my appointment and decide to drive the 30 minutes the day after to ask them in person because I want to give you my money and have a good experience. They listen to my story and explain the policy but mention because I am 17, driving myself, it's just me, parental consent , etc. They tell me I CAN get a massage after I just canceled because I was told on the phone I couldn't. So I book physically inside of the Hill Country Galleria store lobby for thursday (the day I am currently writing this review on). Everything looked good and checked out and I filled out the forms and came early for my appointment. The day of they lead me to the back to wait for my massage therapist. Time goes by and the front desk lady comes to ask me if I am above the age of 18, I say no, I am 17 and explain what I just told the other workers that same week that ALLOWED me to book the appointment AGAIN. She says she needs to speak to her manager and now it is 7 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start and they finally come back to tell me they will not be providing me service because of their policy, the same policy that their employees had told me it was OKAY for me to book again. For context, I'm not upset that they have a policy like this in place, it makes sense. I'm upset because I have been on a wild goose chase between multiple different employees and management and I have been given such a difficult time and I did everything I was supposed to, I went up and beyond to double check everything and confirm I could get my services done. So for them to turn me away literally moments before I was supposed to get my appointment done is utterly ridiculous and widely unprofessional. If you don't allow people under 18 to get a massage why would you tell me ,after I had drove 30 minutes to check if it was okay or not, that I CAN get the massage.
