Location: the spa cohabitates with other service-base businesses in a residential turned commercial house off 6th street. (Sidenote: I am new to Austin so I might try the hair stylist in the same location... the woman sitting on his station had fabulous hair). Neu Skin's space is pristine and serene, though you may hear someone walking in the hall way occasionally (if they have an obnoxious heavy step). But other than that Elizabeth has created a great city-escape. Price: worth every cents spent! Her prices are moderate and you can't beat the service and the high quality products she uses anywhere else. Elizabeth is a gentle lady, but her method is pretty aggressive, she is not afraid to tackle the extractions, she said I had a lot of "congestion" for lack of better term, and I think she was being polite lol! For me, slowing the signs of aging is important as I get older... we do not have to live with dull or sagging skin and many products out there that promise results only aggravate the situation. I love the products Elizabeth uses, and she has the Midas touch! I was very relaxed and almost sleep even while she was doing extractions. I looked and felt radiant after my facial! I highly recommend her, you will not be disappointed.

I've had a wide range of treatments over the years, including facials, chemical peels, laser treatments, microneedling, and Botox/Dysport, and I've always felt confident that I was in good hands. She also does a fantastic job with follow-up care. Whether it's checking in a few days later or answering questions during the healing process, she genuinely cares about her clients and their results. There are plenty of places offering aesthetic treatments these days, but experience really matters--especially when it comes to Botox and Dysport. Every face is different, and there's a lot more to it than simply injecting the product. Vanadia knows how to customize each treatment to the individual, and I've always been happy with my results. Vanadia is thoughtful, honest, and never recommends more than you actually need. Years later, I continue to be impressed by Laurie's professionalism and consistency in her work. If you met me now, you would never believe that I once struggled with such problematic, acne-prone skin. I often say that Laurie helped save my life.
