I felt like it's not a place to relax before or after, it's truly "get in and get out." As I left, I saw a much larger, prettier waiting room, so I'm not sure how they determine who waits where. And, just today, they asked me again to come in earlier at a time I can't accommodate. More recently, I booked a skincare consultation with Salma, hoping to receive a personalized treatment plan for dry, dull skin. Instead, the esthetician barely examined my skin before returning with an armful of expensive products. I was only able to sample one of them, and there was virtually no discussion of treatment options or facial services that might address my concerns. The entire appointment felt more like a sales pitch than a professional skincare consultation. As a longtime client, I expected thoughtful recommendations and a customized plan, not pressure to buy products and a poor attitude from someone one who is supposedly a licensed esthetician. I left feeling like my time wasn't valued and that customer care has taken a back seat to retail sales. Also, when I speak to someone at the front desk, I don't think it's too much to ask that they are professional with me but that wasn't the case today with Holly. I was grateful that she accommodated me especially on Easter, due to I was leaving town. But boy she was very Heavy Handed. Moving forward I was in town for just a short period in December and Again, the same girl was the only one available to see me & I hesitantly scheduled with her because I was in a pinch time wise, as I was leaving town 2 days before Christmas. And unfortunately Andrea was not available & the option once again was the same girl. I hesitantly went on with the appointment, as I would once again be gone for a few months. Sadly, going back to school, consumed so much of my time that it took 4 months for me to write this review. Not only was she once again heavy handed but whatever she used Burned unlike any other time botox has been administered. While she administered, I stated that it burned and I Inquired if it was the same kind of Botox that was used on me before, she replied that is was what had previously been used. I tolerated thinking maybe because it'd been awhile I'd forgotten the discomfort. Andrea's injections NEVER left red raised swollen pockets at the sight of injections. It took 4 days before the swelling to "started" to reduce and about 8 days before they were gone. But since then I've had terrible head aches and my brows are left looking swollen, odd...Andrea does a Fantastic job, so if you have a choice she's definitely your best option.
