I think you women are all crazy for spending as much money as you do but look, I'm an old man with ugly toenails. I used to go in for a $15 toenail clipping worked my way up to about a $35 pedicure. At the end of the line, it's a freaking nail salon. They're Vietnamese or whatever. They do the job and the toes of my socks don't rip out. read more

I think this nail salon is awful. The inside is beautiful, the decor and what not but the customer service is terrible. I drive to another city and I literally live walking distance to this place. There's a man which I believe is the owner, is somewhat friendly, but all the other women were rude. I gave this place 4 chances because I understand no establishment is going to be perfect all the time, but I will not be spending my money here anymore. Don't waste your time, especially if you know you exactly how you want your nails done. I called and made appointment for mani/pedi. When I arrived I said I was there for mani/pedi. They made me sign a Covid form and took my temperature ( no problem). But what was a problem was the technicians sitting in the pedicure area without masks. My technician started my pedicure without a mask until she went into back room to get supplies. After my pedicure, my technician went onto someone else. No one checked back or started my manicure. I decided I would rather spend my $ on a salon that valued their customers, so I paid my bill and left. DO NOT GO HERE! read more

I went there today to get my nails done. I will not recommend this place to anyone. They did a terrible job with ny nails. Please take your money somewhere else. I had to tell the lady 2 times that she had miss sns products on parts of my nail. She tried to fix it but still I had places in my nail that had no sns. I've been going to Tan & Nails for almost 5 years, and find both great value and service in their offerings. Of their services, I've had manicures, pedicures and eyebrow waxing, all of which have been delivered professionally. The staff is one of Tan & Nail's greatest assets. Their employees are friendly, and seem sincerely interested in providing good service. In addition, management seems to be continuously adjusting the services they offer in order to provide added value for their fees (which are quite reasonable, IMHO). For example, this past year they chose to add (at no additional charge) a hot parafin soak to their manicure/pedicure combination ($35). They also began offering complimentary cold bottled water to all clients, too. While this is nothing earth shattering, when you consider that Tan & Nails is not a spa, and how (comparatively) low their fees are, I especially appreciate the gesture. One of the best benefits of Tan & Nails services are the extended massages that are included with manicures and pedicures. A pedicure includes a foot and calf massage; manicures include hand, arm, back and neck massages as standard components of the service. The only downside to Tan and Nails is the decor, which is obviously not a deal-breaker. It has a typical 'nail salon' feel to it, with large full-wall graphics of scenes from Vietnam. I find the decor to be the only distraction from what is otherwise a great service and personal pampering opportunity. I highly recommend Tan & Nail! read more

This has become the worse nail salon around , the employees sit and while doing your nails speaking in gibberish the whole time , talking about CUSTOMERS and other employees which is totally rude ( they forget that some of us KNOW what they are saying) depending on the day they are very rough with their pedicure procedures at times drawing blood , leaving scratch marks, also depending on the day they do nice and neat manicures or pedicures and other days they do horrible work, sometimes they perform all the manicure and pedicure duties and sometimes that you pay for and at times they just skip them! Learn some etiquite , stop the gibberish, and do what we are paying you to do ! There are much better nail salons than tan & nails! read more

Was out of my normal neighborhood and wanted - no wait! NEEDED a decent mami pedi. No wait on a Saturday morning and enjoyed the cheerful staff. Was able to relax for the delux hot stone/parrafin pedi (the person who gave that tip was spot on! It was well worth the couple of extra dollars). These folks are great. I am in town visiting and realized I needed my nails cut down and a have fill in done. Not only were they very professional in their technique in removing the gel polish overcoat but he was very concerned in making sure that I got exactly what I asked for. My nails were cut down to the length that I wanted, they were filled in and look natural and for the first time I had someone who actually cleaned up the underside of the nail as well as the tops and sides. I would highly recommend these people if you need to have your nails done or are looking for a pedicure. My next trip down I'm going to go in and have a very nice pedicure done and maybe a manicure or at least have my nails done again and who knows maybe I'll check out their tanning. By the way their prices are very reasonable, for a cut down and fill-in and polish change it only cost me $17, whereas at home it would've cost me almost $40. I just wish I had some of these people up where I live. read more

I went based on a friend's recommendation - the price was great. I got an SNS manicure for $25 and less than a week later I had to go get them redone. They looked bad from the start, lumpy and uneven and not completely sealed. One nail even cracked less than a week out. I'd rather pay more and have a manicure that lasts for 3 weeks. This was my first time here and I thought the woman did an amazing job. I had a pedi complete with a great massage and parafin treatment, and also a mani with shellac. The shoulder and neck massage while my nails were drying was a big plus. The staff was friendly and the price was reasonable. I was there about 90 minutes and it was only 55 dollars. For me to write a bad review about a place then it was bad!!! Let me start off by saying that this is not my usual nail place but I decided to give it a try. First off the lady who did my pedicure was not friendly at all. I was NOT asked what type of pedicure I wanted so I decided to state what type I wanted and she did not acknowledge what I said instead she just walked to get the stuff. She did my toes and the color was not something I thought it would look like but I choose it so I kept it because she was clearly bothered about something already so I didn't want her to have to change it.So once she was done she left me sitting in my seat without a word, so after sitting there for a while another lady says to me I could get up and leave when I wanted (at this point I'm livid). So I say well she never said anything to me she just left me sitting here and she goes "yes she well her mother just passed" (okay I completely understand being upset but I watched her acknowledge other customers ) so I let the lady know that I was not happy and she just looked at me.
