I've been coming to this nail salon for years and today I will no longer be a customer. The staff there is very friendly but I got cut twice today (one on my big toe and the other on my index finger). I was also sprayed with alcohol after being informed not to on my toe. The sweet lady apologized a million times and I told her it was okay. However, it wasn't the fact that I got hurt that I've decided to no longer come here but the fact that they didn't offer a discount when checking out. I figured since they know me and seen me come for years that they would on their own as a courtesy. I didn't say anything to see if they would but seeing that they didn't is why I will no longer come here. Being serviced by 3 ladies you would think someone would say something. I came in yesterday (11/8/24) to have dipped nails filled and french done again, the man that did my nails kept filling them with the electric nail file even though I repeatedly asked him why and he kept saying it's ok until he cut me. He apologized but kept doing it till I demanded he stop as it was burning my nail as he had filled so much and it was hurting. He finally finished and my nails and cut hurting I paid and left, all I wanted was to get out of their. As you can see from photos he did a terrible job and I even showed him a photo of what I wanted and it's not even close. I had a great experience! I got a gel pedicure and SNS manicure. They're open on Sunday which is a huge plus for me. My pedicure was very clean and sanitary. The metal tools came out of an individual packet that was closed, indicating it was sanitized. There were a lot of options for gel colors and they were marked to indicate what color was intended for regular polish, gel, and SNS. I'm pleased with the outcome of my nails. My manicure was done by someone else. The only negative (which is literally the smallest possible issue) was that when the technician went to take off my prior color, they didn't use enough acetone. So it took a little while longer to get the color off. The technician for my manicure was efficient and worked quickly. I am not a fan of long nails and they were cut to a length I feel comfortable with. They are even and shaped well. read more

The owner is very nice but works in a rush and doesn't shape the nails well I seem to get him every time unfortunately. The place is very pretty and clean that's why I like going there. The treat me okay but they can be very partial. I don't usually complain but my nail job but have had below average work done recently. The paint job for my fill in is a bit sad and a some nails are crooked. I saw a little Caucasian girl drying her nails next to mine and her nails looked absolutely beautiful I was wondering why mine didn't look like that. I was badly in need of replacing my SNS and my normal nail tech was not available. I decided to stop by Envy who I know does great work on pedicures. I live the fact that their tech said she doesn't like the sns layers too thick. I always choose something that is either nude or neutral see through but this time I wanted a little sparkle. I chose one that has a slight pink tint but I can still see my natural nail which I love. This is now my number two spot but might quickly move to number one. read more

To describe this nail salon as lovely would be an understatement. The decor is fabulous, and they have a cute nail polish bar for a quick manicure. There are A LOT of pedicure chairs which comes in handy when they sit you down to wait for a technician. The work is fine, but I would not say there are any 'nail artists' here. They also charge for a lot things that other salons do not. For example: we had to pay extra for coffin nails - but they really truly looked square. They are open on Sundays which is a huge plus. Horrible sanitation, if any at all!!!!! Went in for a pedicure which was the worst I've ever had. The man who was doing my pedicure was working with metal tools that he took out of a glass cup from a plastic tote bin he carried out from the back. Aren't the metal tools supposed to be single use and in individually wrapped plastic bags? The answer is yes, clearly the tools he was using were not sanitized properly if at all! Love this salon, apparently the only one in Greensboro that doesn't judge Asian getting their feet done too. I've gone to a lot of shops in Greensboro and there's always seem to be a problem. Either they're snotty with me or make really rude comments, implying I'm spying on their shop. Look I don't have time for that. It was such a waste. While the salon looks clean on the first look when I sat down for my full set manicure the work space was disgusting clearly not cleaned at all. Dust and everything else covered the space. The set looked horrible but I initially let it go because it was something that could be ignored. Then less than 24 hours later the gel polish was chipping off. Went back to ask that they fixed it and ended up waiting an hour just to repaint the nails. The technician that did the terrible job didn't apologize. The other technician that eventually repainted my nails was so rough she burnt me with the nail drill. Then told me I couldn't react when I told her the LED light meant to dry my nails was burning. Overall not worth the time and effort and I'm surprised they receive any returning customers. painful/awful experience!!!! don't go here i visited this salon for the first time a few days ago on my birthday. please don't be fooled by the decor.beware there's a huge chandelier in the middle of the salon that's slightly detached at its base from the ceiling (hazardous). the lady who did my nails was so harsh when filing/drilling/smoothing my nails it hurt. the employee told me she has been doing nails for so long she's experiencing pain in her hands and no longer enjoys doing nails. this should have been a warning!!! i'm still experiencing discomfort and my nails are sore/sensitive to the touch. i received a "spa" pedicure by a different employee. this employee cut my toe and keep working despite the blood on her gloves. i had to stop her and tell her that not only did she cut my toe but it was bleeding. she used cotton balls and a solution on my toe to stop the bleeding. i declined the warm towels etc of the pedicure bc i was ready to leave. at the front/register i asked this employee could she deduct something off my bill bc she cut my toe/nail/bed and it was hurting. she seemed as if she didnt understand so i asked to speak with another associate. this young lady relayed what i said to her and she scoffed as if cutting my toe was nothing at all. the young lady then asked to see my toe and told me she could only offer a 10% discount off the pedicure service. my bill went from $90 to $86. i got home and used 91% alcohol on my toe. i pray i dont get an infection!!! i was unsatisfied with my nails which hurt and seemed to look like novelty bubba teeth. whats worst its days later and my toe still feels painful. this salon lost a first time customer especially since the employees seemed like this issue was just another day and another dollar. moral of the story is don't go chasing wateralls...stick to the rivers, lakes and most importantly the nail salons you are use to!!!! posted pics on google review read more

Worse nail salon I have ever been to. I had to have my nails redone 7 times IN ONE DAY because the nail techs didn't want to speak up & say that they didn't know how to do the design that I asked for. They were rude and rushed me to run to returning clients WITH NO APPOINTMENT. I paid extra for the black sand in the first picture after finding out my nail tech didn't know what she was doing & the second picture what they looked like after 30 mins of leaving the salon. I went back to get what I paid for & I settled for this (3rd picture) after the second nail tech didn't know what she was doing either then I asked for her to put the black sand on the two plain black nails, thinking that she would know how to do it better & they told me no. So I asked for a refund on the extra money I paid & they said no because they had to redo them even though if they were done right the first 7 times i would have never had to come back. I was also cut on EVERY SINGLE FINGER and I told them & they were still rough & ripped skin off of my fingers because of it. They LEFT THE BLOOD ON MY HANDS WHICH IS SO UNSANITARY. i will never ever come to this nail salon again. read more

Where to even begin? I came here with a friend who had been here before and always had a great experience. When we first got in the girl handed me the colors to choose from and then disappeared for about 15 minutes. Came back, I showed her the color I want and she says "we don't have that. Pick something else." And disappears again. Another 5-10 minutes and comes back to say my second choice is also out and I need to pick again. Seriously? Then finally says my third choice is fine and snapped her fingers at me to show me where to go. I was getting SNS nails and during the filing process she cut three of my cuticles, one to the point it bled for the rest of the time I was there. She apologized and then said "if your fingers weren't so small I wouldn't have cut you." Seriously? After applying the first layer of powder she holds it up and says "do you like the color?" And I said "well it doesn't really look like the color on the sample..." and she goes "yeah well it's only the first layer..." and I said "okay...?" And she laughed and just kept going. After the SNS process she had to file the nails down again and another customer came in. She was clearly excited to see this repeat customer and rushed the rest of my process. She didn't file my nails evenly, the SNS nails are SO bumpy and look like bubbles on my nails. It's incredibly embarrassing. At the end she even had me go to the fan area to wait while the top coat dried so she could get her repeat customer in the chair faster. I've never been at a salon where SNS wasn't finished at the table or required any sort of drying process and I get SNS almost every time I go. After they were done drying (please keep in mind my cuticle was still bleeding!) she poured cuticle oil on all my nails and go so much on she had to rub it in my hands like lotion. It took several washes before the oil came off my hands later. The experience was HORRID and I would never recommend ANYONE go here. read more

I'll start with the good. The tech that did my pedicure was amazing but Tom who did my nails honestly should have just refused the service rather than doing such a poor job. I arrived at 5:30pm and didn't leave until 8:30. I asked for an SNS ombré and was told they could do it with no problem well if you look at the pictures there are clear problems. In addition to the visible issues rather than sealing my nails with the SNS topcoat it was seal with the gel polish base and top coat because it would be quicker. read more

My Daughter and I love coming here. To quote her, "very fancy and they take good care of you." I have never had a long wait as a walk in client. Made appointment today and did not have to wait. (Some places make your appt and still make you wait just for more volume-$) Our nails have always looked good. The lavish looks of the salon oversells the quality of any work done here...definitely not worth wasting your money here. The work is subpar at best and I paid more than any salon locally. I sat with two ladies visiting for Furniture Market & felt so bad as they had a bad experience as well. I kept telling them there were so many good salons here, to give another a try next time. At the time I was just hugely disappointed in the service. Now, I am sitting here less than two weeks after my SNS & they have chipped off in multiple places. So I called before I got there to see if there was a wait and the young girl who answered said there was not wait time at all if I come now. Which I did I was only 5 minutes away and when I got there with my sister there was nobody available and then they had us wait about 40 minutes just to turn the water on for a pedicure. Then made us wait another 2 hours to before even starting our nails and then when they did start my nails they said because they were about to close that they couldn't do the design I wanted. Even though they had already started my nails. Then after they did start it some guy was doing my nails and then they switched me multiple times between him and the main manager lady. She then was rushing so much and was being very harsh while doing my nails. Also I asked for one shade of red and she was trying to rush and get away with a COMPLETELY differently shade. Then got annoyed that I told her to fix it. They then tried to charge me extra because they put sns on my nails but that's not what I asked for. My first time getting service from this place and it's definitely the last time as well. Place was busy and I had to wait a little (no problem with that), but the worker was more attentive with the people who arrived after me. And I waited several minutes at his nail station, between him answering phone calls and walking around. I just needed a couple of nails repaired (dip) and he messed one of them. He tried to make it look like there was not an issue, until I noticed the "dip" was coming off and that's when he fixed them. He was unprofessional (I think he's the owner because he said his wife worked at Queens Nail, as he referred a couple of clients there due to the wait time). I was very unsatisfied, because I spent a long time to get a couple of nails done (relatively basic service). And, it was pricey -$8 for two nails, plus the wait. I got my nails done by Karen today, during the service she literally was on her phone ordering Uber eats, answering the phone, texting and helping other customers. She literally forgot to paint one of my fingers... not to mention my nails are literally in pain from the weight of acrylic and polish that was applied. The design I asked her to do was atrocious. I came directly home and removed the design and now I will go get the painful acrylic removed. Not to mention we waited a full hour to sit down. Went here today and they immediately sat me in the pedicure bowl only to leave me soaking in cold water for 30+ minutes until I finally had enough and got up and left. They only let me sit there so I wouldn't leave. As soon as I got up to leave someone came rushing to me saying that I was next, only 3 more minutes, etc. while I was sitting in the cold water, multiple people came in and they used the same technique; to sit them in empty chairs to make them feel like they would be serviced soon, only to have them just wait and wait. I have been here multiple times with only mediocre experiences. This is the stereotypical place where the employees chat in another language while not making any effort to engage you as they perform their service. Nail salons are a dime a dozen here and this place has an extremely rude owner, an ever changing staff, and nothing to set them apart. I will never return here. read more

WORST NAILS I HAVE EVER GOT DONE!! I don't even want to rate this place because the service was terrible and my nails look like a child painted them. The technician didn't cut my nails when I asked her to. Instead, she barely shaved them or shaped them. I asked her to fix the French nails to be slimmer, she made it all uneven and missed literal chunks on the side of my nails. It's not even a straight line, it looks like waves. The absolute worst pedicure ever. I didn't even stick around for them to destroy my nails. The guy did not clip my cuticles at all.
