The Singapore noodles were especially delicious as the noodles had a good amount of curry, were dry yet moist and there were plenty of meat bits - it was better than a couple of favorite restaurants I can name in Chinatown! The fish could have used more salt, but it was a good sized dish. The eggplant was also a generous serving. We're coming back this week with 20 of our good friends! My absolute favorites are the Thit Ba Chi Kho To (caramelized pork belly), the Suon Non Rim To (braised spare ribs) and the Canh Chua Tom (Vietnamese sweet and sour soup with shrimps).
