Buyer Beware! I've visited their service department three or four times and was very disappointed with results. The last two visits can't trust what they say they find. I've taken to independent. To verify what they say , what's amazing they found nothing., that Tameron said we needed. One on visit, received a email saying we declined all this work. No one ever said anything about work. Wife called service manger to question, was told that they were having issues. Service manger back pedaled big time. Won't be back! read more

My husband and I had a great experience when purchasing our new Ascent last week. We went with my daughter the weekend before so she could look at a vehicle and had no intentions of purchasing a new vehicle when we went to Tameron Subaru in Mobile. But I saw the Ascent and liked all the equipment it has. I had talked to Abby in the parking lot and she was so nice and quick to get me the information on the car. I really enjoyed talking to Abbey! When we went back to purchase the Ascent, Abbey was great! She was so helpful and happy to answer all the questions my husband and I had about the ascent and our purchase. Even after the sale, we had to go back to get an item installed and Abbey was happy to sit with us to answer all the questions my husband had. This establishment has been ran straight into the ground after Koby sold it. I took my Forester in for a recall and a broken blower. I had an appointment and they had it for 6 hours. Finally I'm told my broken blower repair will be $700. The part (at Subaru) is $200 so they tacked on $500 in labor. I bought the part from AutoZone ($100) and it took 10 minutes to install. Labor is hourly, right? $700? These people are outrageous. I understand you have to make a living, and I would've paid for the part and labor at an average rate, but this is price gouging at its finest. So I paid my $170 diagnostic fee that took all day and went on my way. I'm very angry I even had to pay that when I had an appointment at 10am and diagnostics didn't get done until 4pm. Can anyone offer advice? Is calling an attorney a possible recourse? We were told that corporate decided it was not Subaru's fault or responsibility to replace engine and Jerry from the service department refused to provide corporate findings. 2019 Subaru WRX with no modifications - Subaru is not covering blown engine for the 4th time. They want $12,000 for new engine, last engine was put in a few thousand miles ago. They asked for services performed and were turned in, and the oil was checked and ok upon arrival, there was no reason for the engine to die - so it's not covered! Doesn't make sense. Too upside down to have traded in before, or sold, so now wehave a dead engine and have to keep paying for the car.
