I recently purchased an alternator from your store, I was told that I was paying a core charge…read moreupfront and that when I brought my old alternator back to them, I would receive the core charge back. I paid $190.00 dollars cash and put the remaining balance of $44.00 on my credit card. The employee just neglected to tell me some very important things that would be required for getting my "upfront" core money back. First it's required that I bought MY old alternator back in the box of MY NEW alternator that I bought, to receive the change money back, and that I would NOT actually get my cash back, it would be reflected on my credit card 2 days later. I think this should have been absolutely explained at the time of my purchase. I wouldn't have gotten anything back if I had thrown my box away. I now see why AutoZones parking lot was full, and theirs was not! Guess I will choose to stand in line for a few minutes, and get the service that I pay for! Lesson learned!!

When the tow driver got us to the shop, we checked in and asked where they wanted the trailer dropped..... Here is were it all went south. We were told "we (Ward) don't have any place to drop your trailer". Now I'm not saying they were busy and space was limited THEY HAVE NO TRAILER PARKING!!!! So a big truck repair shop has no trailer parking. Ward then says "Ryder is next door you could go talk to them about leaving your trailer with them"..... So I ask is this a deal you have with your neighbor? They reply "no but they have more room than we do". Really?!?! So you claim to be a big rig repair shop but you want us towed in off the road with out a trailer?? So unless you drive a pickup without a trailer.... AVOID THIS PLACE!

Had to put brakes on Mrs Pugterriers ride and wanted to get an early start this morning. Lil Pug…read moreand I ride up to the DIP to grab some pads. Well surprise auto parts stores open at 7:30 not the 7:00 I thought after checking website. Upon further inspection the site for both O'Reilly and Advanced across the street advertise open at 7:00. Oh well, ran to nearby McDonalds to grab a bite for starving Lil Pug while we kill 30 minutes (that got a review also) until they can open at 7:30. Returned to O'Reilly's a few minutes before 7:30 and the open sign was on. We wandered in and were immediately greeted by Gerald and Jerry, apparently morning people. While Jerry looked up my pads Gerald (I hope I got the names right) helped us look for a vanity mirror, they didn't have one in stock but it is a side purchase so no sweat. Gerald helped with the final ring up and since the ceramic pads I wanted were not in stock, he offered me a couple of options; he could get them in by 10:30, told me two near locations that had them in stock nearby, and when I elected to get the cheaper organic pads, offered to swap them out if I installed them and Mrs Pugterrier wasn't happy. Now THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE. What more could I have possible asked of him? The entire time we were there he kept us engaged in conversation and was enjoyable to work with (keep in mind it's 7:30 am and Lil Pug is out of bed, and I am looking forward to driveway auto repair and trying to beat rain). As we left to get in the car Lil Pug made the comment "the Manager sure was nice, does he know you?" I had to let her know I did not know him personally but have always had a nice visit there. It's not a vacation destination, but if you need auto parts I would certainly recommend a visit to O'Reilly's on DIP.
