The smoked meat tasted fresh, tender, and succulent and pairs well with mustard. I personally ask for extra mustard. If you're very hungry and can eat a lot, Small Plate of Smoked Meat (~$26) is perfect too, which includes enough smoked meat, slices of bread, and mustard packets for 1.5 sandwiches.
