I made an appointment via their website and got a confirmation email stating my appointment would be the time frame 11-1pm. Around 12 I got a little worried I hadn't received a call and attempted to call the number on the website. They didn't answer, didn't have an voicemail memo or anything. I tried to contact numerous times before going to a different groomer for my pup when 1:30 came and no contact was made. In my opinion they are completely unprofessional and unreliable. Their information on most websites is also not accurate, it is only correct on the website. read more

Since Taly came under new ownership, the groomers' skill level has noticeably declined. I realize our dog was matted, and I understand that can make grooming more challenging. However, the groomer shaved far too close to the skin, leaving painful red, rashy areas that became pus-filled. While I expected a shorter cut due to the mats, I did not expect our dog to come home with skin damage and discomfort. It's clear that she needs more experience to handle these situations safely and with proper care. A skilled groomer should be able to manage mats while still protecting a pet's health and comfort. Unfortunately, that didn't happen here. We will not be returning and want other dog owners to be aware of our experience. read more

Very professional and provided great services. They came in on time, they were very friendly and listened to all my concerns prior to the grooming services. I'm very pleased with their services and would definitely recommend it. Nio is smelling sooo good now thanks to Natalia :) read more

I ran into a very cute little goldendoodle with a great haircut and asked where she was groomed. I immediately booked Taly on her website, which was a SMOOTH process. Taly called letting us know when she was 20 mins away and took both dogs together, which made me glad they were keeping each other company. Both my dogs are nervous at grooming. The outcome is SO CUTE, we will use Taly again!! read more

Natalia and Julio just spent 3.5hrs on our 2 60lb dogs. They look amazing! This was a first for them in getting groomed. My husband and I have gotten too old to do it ourselves and hurts our backs. Our Ripley, mutt, is so soft, clean and they took extra care with her very sensitive skin. Our Timber, husky mix, looks like a show dog now. They had so much patience with them, kindness, attention to detail, cleaning, blow drying, foot fur trimming, cleaning of the ears, teeth, and the best brushing ever on Timber. I cannot recommend them enough! BTW, I contacted Prime Mobile Pet Grooming first due to their reviews and they refused to even meet our dogs. I told them Timber shows teeth out of fear and not aggression and wouldn't even give us a chance. Said they weren't willing to risk it. Well, Natalia and Julio had no problem and our dogs were in their very capable hands. I look forward to working with Taly Grooming on a regular basis. read more

We were very lucky to find Taly Grooming! Upon finding out that our 9 year old Mini Schnauzer had never been professionally groomed, a very popular grooming salon owner suggested that a mobile grooming service would be a good choice for Cocoa...no other dogs, no distractions, individual service and attention. Well, she was right, and we found the perfect grooming service: Taly Grooming. Taly and Julio showed up to our home and listened carefully to what we wanted for Cocoa. Remove mats, keep her in a 'Puppy Cut' instead of traditional Schnauzer, and make sure she keeps her long eyelashes. An hour and a half later a clean and groomed happy schnauzer wearing a colorful musical tie came back to us. Taly and Julio were given a matted mess and found a very cute schnauzer underneath. They are very friendly, professional and have an immaculate mobile van where they work their miracles. I recommend them very highly and I'm about to book Cocoa's next grooming. Thank you, Taly and Julio...see you soon. Ray McEllen Tiburon, CA read more

taly was my absolute favorite grooming company. i'm so sad to hear that they've closed. they were the best with skunk odor removal and i felt like they truly loved my dog, Mila. i'm really bummed out. I wish there was some way i can help. read more

My shih tzu looks beautiful after her bath + haircut. She is a senior dog so can be nervous in groomer settings, but she was in good spirits after her cut and I could tell Taly immediately took to my dog and made her feel comforted. Loved the convenience of having the service come to my home. She got a bow in her hair and bow tie by her collar too as a nice touch, she also smells great. I'll definitely use their service again. read more

I'm so happy I saw this colorful truck on the freeway! Taly and Julio were so amazing with my puppies. I have two yorkies. Clark and Diana. Clark can be a little aggressive sometimes and Diana is very anxious. Taly and Julio took their time to get to know them. They played with my dogs and shower than in kisses before starting to do their magic. I could tell my dogs were super comfortable around them. With Diana none of the groomers I tried before did a good job on her but Taly (wow) was able to leave Diana so beautiful. She cut just the right amount of hair so Diana could see and stay very very cute. I'm so happy with their haircuts. They look so good and they smell amazing!!! Thanks Taly and Julio. You guys are awesome!!! read more

Taly and Julio did a FANTASTIC job with our 2YO Australian Shepherd. She let me know she was on her way and upon arrival spent the time to listen to what we wanted for the trim. He turned out so beautiful and clean - we couldn't be happier! And bonus - the convenience factor is a game changer. I highly recommend you give them a try! read more

I had a really positive and pleasant experience with Taly. From the ease of booking and fast availability (my dog was in desperate need) and just the general communication was really a great experience. Taly was so kind and gentle with my dog. Taly is fantastic. My 13 year old shih tzu was desperate for a grooming and Taly came over at 9 p.m. to take care of him. She was so sweet and took such great care of him. I requested a haircut "as short as possible" and he came back looking adorable, smelling great and had a purple bow to top it off. My pup can be sensitive and finicky and she was so patient and gave him so much love. We will use Taly every time and have already referred a few neighbors to her. read more

My two Pomeranians had several knots and their fur was very matted after not being bathed for a couple of months. I really thought they needed to be shaved, but Natalia worked her magic and removed all the knots without needing to cut/shave them! I'm beyond happy with the results, thank you Natalia! read more

I was lucky they could fit me in two days after Petco pretty much traumatized my sweet puppy and said he was ungroomable without medication. They did an AMAZING job with him and checked in a couple times to get my thoughts on what they were doing. I think our pup liked being in the safe place of their van and by his home as this was only his second time being groomed. Our doodle was pretty matted and they gave him a great cut. Will use them again. read more

Natalia (Taly) and Julio were patient and loving with our aussiedoodle puppy, Atom. He has been difficult for other groomers to handle, and Taly's calm energy, and singing (!) seem to be the right fit. We had some challenges with scheduling, but for good reason that they take the time that is needed with each pup. Atom looked and smelled great after his grooming and more importantly, he was happy. I'm so relieved that we found Taly for grooming for our challenging pup and look forward to supporting this new business. read more

Our Scottish terriers are elderly now, and our usual groomer expressed some doubt about working with the boy who has some trouble standing for a long period of time. I researched mobile groomers, but still had some trepidation - we'd never used a mobile service before, and Scotties have pretty complicated cuts (photos of my attempt at lockdown DIY prove it.) I need not have worried. Natalia did a FANTASTIC job. My boyo is clean without smelling perfume-y and his cut is just beautiful (will try to get a good picture once he finishes his post-bath nap.) The service was easy to book, Natalia showed up right on time and finished before schedule, and the price was very reasonable. Definitely recommend highly and will be back for our next groom. (Will try to get a good picture once read more

Natalia and Julio were great. They came to our house the night before Thanksgiving to help us groom our Lagotto puppy, who is four months old and hadn't been to a groomer before. (We had been doing at home.) They were friendly, professional, and did a great job. Coco emerged from the van happy and looking great--she actually ran back at the end for more attention from Natalia and Julio! read more

Taly provides great service and Sadie looks great. They come to you so all I had to do was deliver her to them and pick her up outside my door. A real convenience.
