Since Taly came under new ownership, the groomers' skill level has noticeably declined. I realize our dog was matted, and I understand that can make grooming more challenging. However, the groomer shaved far too close to the skin, leaving painful red, rashy areas that became pus-filled. While I expected a shorter cut due to the mats, I did not expect our dog to come home with skin damage and discomfort. It's clear that she needs more experience to handle these situations safely and with proper care. A skilled groomer should be able to manage mats while still protecting a pet's health and comfort. Unfortunately, that didn't happen here. We will not be returning and want other dog owners to be aware of our experience. read more

Natalia and Julio just spent 3.5hrs on our 2 60lb dogs. They look amazing! This was a first for them in getting groomed. My husband and I have gotten too old to do it ourselves and hurts our backs. Our Ripley, mutt, is so soft, clean and they took extra care with her very sensitive skin. Our Timber, husky mix, looks like a show dog now. They had so much patience with them, kindness, attention to detail, cleaning, blow drying, foot fur trimming, cleaning of the ears, teeth, and the best brushing ever on Timber. I cannot recommend them enough! BTW, I contacted Prime Mobile Pet Grooming first due to their reviews and they refused to even meet our dogs. I told them Timber shows teeth out of fear and not aggression and wouldn't even give us a chance. Said they weren't willing to risk it. We were very lucky to find Taly Grooming! Upon finding out that our 9 year old Mini Schnauzer had never been professionally groomed, a very popular grooming salon owner suggested that a mobile grooming service would be a good choice for Cocoa...no other dogs, no distractions, individual service and attention. Well, she was right, and we found the perfect grooming service: Taly Grooming. Taly and Julio showed up to our home and listened carefully to what we wanted for Cocoa. Remove mats, keep her in a 'Puppy Cut' instead of traditional Schnauzer, and make sure she keeps her long eyelashes. An hour and a half later a clean and groomed happy schnauzer wearing a colorful musical tie came back to us. Taly and Julio were given a matted mess and found a very cute schnauzer underneath. I'm so happy I saw this colorful truck on the freeway! Taly and Julio were so amazing with my puppies. I have two yorkies. Clark and Diana. Clark can be a little aggressive sometimes and Diana is very anxious. Taly and Julio took their time to get to know them. They played with my dogs and shower than in kisses before starting to do their magic. I could tell my dogs were super comfortable around them. With Diana none of the groomers I tried before did a good job on her but Taly (wow) was able to leave Diana so beautiful. Taly is fantastic. My 13 year old shih tzu was desperate for a grooming and Taly came over at 9 p.m. to take care of him. She was so sweet and took such great care of him. I requested a haircut "as short as possible" and he came back looking adorable, smelling great and had a purple bow to top it off. Our Scottish terriers are elderly now, and our usual groomer expressed some doubt about working with the boy who has some trouble standing for a long period of time.
