I have to say we are so impressed with the carpet cleaning that we recently had done. It is so nice to deal with the owner directly, he explained the stains and how he was getting them clean, carpet fibers and how they can hold second rate cleaners. If you are looking for good quality work, fair pricing and not in a hurry to get to the next job, Tallys should be your 1st choice. read more

George came for a last minute request one day before Christmas. He was really attentive and left our carpet like new and stay like that for more than a year. I called Tallys just before deciding to buy new carpet because mine had several dark urine stains from my German Shepard which I thought would never come out. It has also been my experience that these stains reappear a few days later after cleaning. However, not only did the stains come completely out and stay out, the carpet looks brand new. No need to waste money on new carpet. Thank you Talleys for the hard work, knowledge, and professionalism, it took to clean my dirty carpet! read more

Polite, efficient, does a great job and will call them back whenever we need rugs cleaned. Thank you!

Tally's is not inexpensive but, as others have shared, their cleaning service is fantastic and I was well with paying their price. George just finished cleaning our carpets today, after 5-1/2 hours of extremely hard work, moving furniture by himself as he wouldn't let me help because in his words, "it's part of the job." His service and quality are as advertised--this company is highly rated for a reason...from start to finish they deliver a job well done. You too will be well with the final bill after you've experienced superior results. In fact, I'll bet that you have them back the next time you need carpets or upholstery cleaned, I know that I will. read more

We had terrible pet stains from the previous home owner. I had hired other carpet cleaners in the past that were in and out and the stains were still there or came back in a week. George was so friendly and told me he was confident he could get the stains out. I was blown away after he finished. My carpet looked brand new!!! I will definitely be referring him to everyone I know and hiring him again. Next up, grout cleaning! read more

I have a beige sectional that I purchased before I became a mom of two big Alaskan Malamutes. The back of the couch was basically brown from them jumping up and getting their grubby little paws all over it. Found Tally's on google and they did an AMAZING job! My sectional looks exactly like it did when I first bought it! I'm super happy!! George was professional, prompt and quick! I highly recommend using Tally's you won't be disappointed! read more

George came in with his years of expertise and made certain that my carpet was treated professionally and well. Any questions that I had, he had the answers. One of our pups has a spine injury and for three months she had no bladder control. Even with puppy pampers, we had a carpet that was destroyed. Now, I can be comfortable in the knowledge that I had the best services to ensure that we could entertain in our den again without concern. Thank you George Tally! read more

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tallys Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning. I was referred to Tally's 8+ years by a friend and I have to say I have never had better service. George is professional and thorough - a master of his craft. My carpets and area rugs always look greatI The carpet is never 'over wet' thus keeping the pad intact, preventing stains from transferring and then bleeding back up. George has also done upholstery cleaning in our home and has done a fabulous job. read more

Ridiculously expensive, They must work exclusively for property managers who don't mind spending their clients money like it's water! Way overpriced for the average homeowner and no better than any other service I've hired for half the price. read more

Another amazing carpet cleaning by Tally's Carpet and upholstery cleaning today. George Tally and his wife Debre are just an amazingly kind and courteous couple. We have used them for 18 years and each visit the clean makes the carpet clean, sanitizer and pet odor refreshed. We've also had the outdoor furniture cushions cleaned and they looked like new. Fabulous small family owned company that excels at their service! read more

Had my carpeted stairs cleaned and the office carpet upstairs cleaned. Both are wall to wall carpets. George does just amazing work! He is very thorough and works fast, yet very efficient. He pays attention to detail and he covers the entire room very well that was scheduled to be clean. He doesn't miss any small areas on the perimeter of each room he cleans. George will also be very honest if there are stains or dirt areas that just won't come up, because of where it is and what type of stain it is. He explains everything very well, to help you fully understand different types of carpets that stain easier than others and where the dirt might be coming from and the type of dirt it is. He was very prompt in getting to my house. He even came a little bit early. He also made sure his hoses did not rest or come near plants or walls, etc. that could leave marks or other forms of damage. He is always very friendly, yet works hard to finish the job in a timely manner. He also makes sure you understand the drying time, what to wear on your feet if you have to walk on it and when to move the furniture back in place. And George will move furniture, if needed, while he cleans areas where it was, then move it back and put the feet on thin plastic squares to keep them off until the carpet is dry. And one of the best things, is the low price for such an exceptional job that would probably cost a lot more with other professional carpet cleaners. My wife and I are extremely happy and pleased with his work! We hired him before and will continue to hire him in the future to clean either our carpets, stairs, or area carpets! I would HIGHLY recommend Tally's Carpet & Upholsterery Cleaning, INC. !!!! You will not be disappointed! Top of the line company! 6 out of 5 stars! read more

George and Debre are so nice and went the extra mile to make me feel appreciated. The quality of service is second to none. George spent the extra time to explain the process and was willing to move furniture too. Areas I didn't think would get clean look like new again. I am so pleased with their service, I got a quote for tile and grout cleaning too; which I plan to have done. I have used Tally's since 2016 and will continue to use them for my carpet and tile care. read more
