She came down to the counter and I politely asked her what was the difference between the Bulleit Bourbon and the Bulleit Rye. Her response was, " One is a bourbon and the other one is a rye". I cannot make this up. I asked her if she knew how they taste and she said no with a resting you know what face. Awesome customer seervice.....Not! Never going back there. They have been doing a much better job with their hiring. For many months now all the employees are pleasant and have senses of humor.
