They have been doing a much better job with their hiring. For many months now all the employees are pleasant and have senses of humor. I thought I was being helpful by talking slower but instead I was called a smartmouth and then the guy hung up on me. I live close to Norwood Package Store and have been shopping there for over 10 years. Now, that I have been insulted by some dumb lackey I will never shop there again. I remember when I use to like the owners but whoever owns the place now sucks...Mark my words...Norwood Package Store will not be in business much longer. It has become run down and nasty. It is now a package store for the lower class...The owners can t even afford to carry Evan Williams ...yeap this package store is barely staying open. Also, employees should always be nice to the customers...But obviously the owners are low class and their employees are not even in a class system. I saw a few weeks ago this guy handing this guy in a car at the drive through several cases of beer but no money was exchanged because I was in the car behind the car in fromt of me....I did however hear the guy at the window say...Don't tell anyone I gave you all this beer. I really do hate people who steal what is not there s to steal. It was probably the same jerk who was rude to me. He was probably busy giving way product that he had no right to give away.
