They have been doing a much better job with their hiring. For many months now all the employees are pleasant and have senses of humor. I didnt see anyone working in the store, so I went up to the counter to get help. The lady was up in the booth and said," Are you ready?" and I said yes. She came down to the counter and I politely asked her what was the difference between the Bulleit Bourbon and the Bulleit Rye. Her response was, " One is a bourbon and the other one is a rye". I cannot make this up. I asked her if she knew how they taste and she said no with a resting you know what face. Awesome customer seervice.....Not! Never going back there. She had dread hair and tatoos. Instead of being smug to your customers, you should help them out.
