The flavor was good on all of them, but they all had the exact same toppings, which is a pet peeve of mine. The Al Pastor could have used pineapple as a topping, which would have added much needed moisture (most of the al pastor tacos I've had had pineapple on them). I think any pineapple flavor was masked by the onions and cilantro. The chicken taco was a bit dry also so I had to use the sauce provided on it. The Chorizo was excellent though. I'd totally get that again. I didn't see any drinks (again, I looked quickly at the menu), so I ended up down the road at Wawa for an extra large soda pop where they had a table I could sit at too. I'm not a fan of eating in the car or standing, so that was the best option. I was reading more reviews and will probably go back to try the birria and maybe even see if I can get a Choripollo burrito off menu. Though Yelp shows their hours opened at noontime on Sundays, I recommend going in the evenings because they might not be open during the day. At their designated spot, there is a nice little outdoor play area for kids and a few outdoor picnic tables available for seating. Their little truck also comes equipped with flood lights, so the area is extremely well-lit at night. Since the churros are made to order, they are perfectly soft and crispy - everything you could possibly ask for in a churro. I ordered their basic stuffed churros, which are churros stuffed with dulce de leche filling and dusted with a generous coating of cinnamon sugar on the outside. And they are absolutely amazing! Perfectly soft and bouncy with that perfect crunch. And not overwhelmingly sweet, either. If you're wondering about size, the churros are about 7 inches in length and 1 inch in diameter, so they're not big and fat, but also not small either. A single churro makes a decent sized dessert for one person, but it is definitely possible to finish 5 of them on your own. Overall, it's a good dessert option to keep in mind if you want to get something you can share with friends and family. Definitely recommend giving this spot a try if you're strolling around the Waterford Lakes Town Center at night.
