Outdoor patio with picnic tables in back
    Debi W.

There was non one at the window when we arrived. I had to ring the doorbell twice. Once she came she was friendly, just seemed weird to walk up to a window with no indoor space. It looks big enough inside but they choose to only provide outdoor seating--either metal chairs or picnic tables. Not the most comfortable. I suppose they're after the drive thru business more than come and stay awhile. The coffee was good though, as usual.

I came back to this location hoping to get my DG donut fix but looks like they stopped carrying DG and now supply Shaka Donuts. Donuts are still good but overpriced, go straight to the Shaka Donuts location if you want their donuts for about a third of the cost.. Donuts are not displayed for customers so I had to look off pictures on a baristas phone to figure out which kinds I wanted.. a little inconvenient but it worked. As the name indicates, this is an express location with no inside seating for customers, but there is outside seating available.

3 Stars for a convenient location just off of I-4 that provides local third wave coffee and tea options from a different company and for the solid and friendly service. The drive-through feature fits the thoroughfare area where this Foxtail is located.Today, however, I met a friend here due to the outdoor patio that allows for social distancing and open air during the pandemic. I chose the Raspberry Rose tea over ice so the helpful barista informed me that it would take about 6 minutes. Once the tea was ready, I was treated to a strong and enjoyable raspberry flavor with a vanilla rooibos finish. No one else sat in the patio area that early in the day, but I can imagine hanging out under the white lights with friends in the evening during the cooler weather. I've seen on the Foxtail site that they periodically have live music. On the down side: Our conversation at times had to pause due to the noise of the traffic at rush hour and the cost of the coffee and tea was Starb***s-esque. Also, If you are headed back to I-4, you'll need to pull a u-turn.

This location is somewhat of a disappointment because it is not an enclosed space. And yes, the name says "Express", but dang, every coffee house has an indoor space, except for this location. I came when it was raining, so I didn't stay long to prevent getting sprayed by the rain and the wind. Also, it is not a nice area, I apologize if this is your neighborhood but nah, not fancy enough and not dangerous enough to attract an element like the one writing this review. The donut partnership is interesting, I got to try one of the donuts, and it was good and really big, but with all the fancy stuff dressing the donut, they should put them in boxes, not in bags. No, bag is no good. Box, yes, fancy. All in all, I give them props for the drive-thru upscale DD (you know DD), but man, no indoor space? Good luck on that one.

Exemplary coffee with complementing foodstuffs. Could be a bit of a wait. Not entirely inexpensive. Thoroughly enjoyed my ham and egg sandwich, which was superlative comparatively. You know how it is, some things are worth the extra and this just happens to be one of those things. They're delivering on the whole Foxtail high quality modus operandi but with express service. Service was a touch hipsterish or something like it but not quite and the tip jar couldn't have been more in the way or tipping more omnipresent from all the reminders. Easy in and out and thoroughly delicious. Enough of a breakfast sandwich to kill lunch too. Easily sharable. And tasted of solid quality.

Quick and easy stop for coffee! I love the outdoor patio. Service can be a little slow, because it seems only one person works at a time. But if the weather is good, it's a nice spot for a break in your day!

"Matcha latte" which was basically almond milk and ice
    Ashlei B.

As a business owner, I would be appalled if someone treated any of my customers the way their staff treats people. Rude and short over the intercom. Then practically threw my blazing hot muffin at me and my "matcha" which was basically almond milk and ice, before slamming the window shut. This is why I choose to wait in line at Starbucks drive thru down the street versus come here.

Coffee alone is a 5 out of 5. The best café con leche I've had in a very long time. At a very reasonable price. The breakfast sandwiches just were not impressive. They're tiny (smaller than Starbucks) and cost $5 each. The chicken sausage on a croissant is actually an egg patty that tastes like chicken bouillon cubes, was disappointed that there was no visible or large chunks of sausage. This location is convenient because it has both a drive thru and an outdoor patio if you choose to stay and enjoy your coffee.

This was the perfect place for a quick chill breakfast. Most of the customers were going thru the drive thru but we couldn't resist to chill at their beautiful patio. The coffees were awesome. They were strong and was not overly sweet. It complimented the donut we ordered. Their breakfast sandwiches were good too especially if you're only looking for a light breakfast.

I have driven by this spot a few times, but had no idea of the concept. This was my first time at a Foxtail, but I really love the concept of this place! Drive through but with an awesome local coffee shop?! So cool! I ordered an iced matcha with coconut milk which was absolutely delicious and was just the right amount of sweet. My friends also got drinks to go and the whole process was super quick. They have some seating under a covered roof and a bathroom that you need a key for. There are only a few parking spots, but the whole point is quick in and out. I would love to come here on a nice day to enjoy a quick coffee with a friend. Would highly recommend and can't wait to try one of their full service locations.

Worst customer service ever from a foxtail that I experienced! The barista's all had attitudes. I'm not sure if it's the location or or what, but Idefinitely not recommend it. I went to Starbucks instead down the street.

This location was very nice, it is a perfect place to sit outdoors when it's not too hot and humid on a Florida day! As always, the coffee does satisfy my caffeine addiction. It has great bench seatings not covered by the roof if you want some good ole vitamin D during a nice breezy fall/winter day. However if it happens to rain or just has too much rays, you can always go underneath the roof and there's some room under there. One great feature is that is has a drive-thru! So, if you are on the go go, you can simply go order in their drive-thru!

On my first visit, I ordered the Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Pancakes with link sausages and a glass of orange juice. The pancakes were delicious, the sausages hit the spot, and the orange juice was... well, you know... orange juice. It did its job! The atmosphere reminded me of a classic country diner--cozy, welcoming, and filled with an older crowd, which I honestly prefer. One thing I really appreciated was being able to seat myself. That's always a plus in my book. Sometimes being escorted to a table means ending up in that one awkward corner nobody wants... but I digress. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily come back. My significant other, however, wasn't nearly as impressed. Oh well--you win some, you lose some! Sometimes breakfast is just a pancake split decision.

Diners are a…read morecompletely American thing that started in America as a mobile eatery and has transformed into what it is now, which are stationary eateries that feature affordable, filling food that appeals to the blue collar man. Fun fact, diners were started in New England region of America in the 1850s. All this to say, I love a good diner. I mean the American diner has always been there for middle America. The closest one to me and honestly it's definitely hidden away is the Maitland Breakfast Club. It's pretty much situated on the boundary line of where the City of Altamonte Springs starts. They have large space that's casual and what you would expect for a diner. Anyone can walk in wearing their Sunday best to pajamas. The waitresses are very welcoming and exactly the kind of person I would expect to invite me into a diner. We had gone on a Saturday afternoon and they're not a diner that's open late, so more of a breakfast diner really. Now I got the eggs Benedict with bacon and hash browns. For me, there are three breakfast staples I believe all amazing must revisit breakfast places should have. A good cup of warm regular coffee, eggs Benedict, and good crispy hash browns. I mean some places have other things like lattes and hash brown bowls, and I'm not saying those aren't good. However, when you nail the basics, you can do anything else. The hollandaise sauce was great and didn't split and bacon was crispy. The hash browns were super crispy, which I loved, and I could tell it had been made on a flat top grill, which is another very classic American restaurant kitchen appliance. The cup of coffee was good, I mean they had the sugar packets and the creamers right there. Overall, I would rate it a 9/10 and it set us back about $15 for just my portion. I will be back (said menacingly), Maitland Breakfast Club.

The very minor issues were that the fried chicken was pretty deeply fried and way harder than expected, which I don't mind but may not be your thing.
