Then window cleaning. Folders now less - all over. Cleaned tracks too and was meticulous unlike most window cleaners who don't give tracks much care. Then power washed the yard future Yep. Peak Production Energy was the first to respond and among the most competitive for cleaning our 21 solar panels. They had great availability and were easy to schedule with. The crew showed up on time and got right to work. They noticed that we had two skylights next to our panels that were pretty dirty. Free of charged they cleaned those for us too! Very kind and knowledgeable group of guys. Left our panels and skylights spotless (pics attached). There were tons of spider webs under our panels which you could see from the ground. Our roof is now web-free! They also sprayed the ground off around where run off may have occurred so we didn't have any debris on the pavement. He removed every single leaf & trace of debris that he cleared out, texted me before & after pics and also recommended solar panel cleaning. That first impeccable experience with him sold me on being a regular client. Fast forward to this week. This will be the 5th year that Jonathan has cleaned my gutters & solar panels. Like clockwork, every year he texts me a reminder when it's time for my annual cleaning. I really appreciate being able to rely on him to remind me! Update - After owners nice comment- The fact that i had to ask you to inspect ALL fir poor cleaning…read moreit everyone's answer to QC- i truly believe you somehow damaged several windows LOW film - it doesn't take much sharp plastic fray on brush would cause this . i would walk site snd mark all windows with blue tape to avoid issues . our windows were that dirty btw We used this company last year , we totally satisfied during and after they left . This time 8/13 can't say the same , more people showed up compared to previous. Maybe owner has not trained staff enough or what - He gave me invoice stated how to pay and i asked are you finished and leaving ? He say yes- very soon. I then stated i noticed a lot of window with are smeared and have water spots - can you go around and do a Quality Control on all windows and i'll do the same. He said sure . One window has a calcium run from stucco it was pretty obvious he did not try to clean off - did not understand that - Keep in mind this house is 2 years old After my walk around i notice several scratches on different windows. Mentioned this - he said they don't use anything that could cause scratches on my LOW-E glass film . I understand his point and would not expect him to use anything that would cause scratches. But somehow they are there and weren't before he came . Frustration is definitely happening. Anyways , needless to say time to find another person . Disappointed note to owner - he should walk job inspect windows and place blue tape on scratches or issues - concerns - to avoid these type of problems with customers.
