So I reached out to Jamie and inquired if he does this and if he service my area and if he can prepare a report after. After informing him of my needs, his initial quote was between 500-1000. After a few questions and scheduling, his proposal came out as 1,*** plus. I asked about it and he mentioned that he could lower it to 1k and that there's even a free driveway cleanup. I paid the deposit thinking this was the case. So, when the agreed date and time came about, he didn't arrive on the agreed time. I had to reach out to him multiple times to inquire. He mentioned that he will arrive at 10-1030am. Then it became 12. Then he arrived at 1:30pm. Since he didn't arrive on the agreed time, he had to come back the following day to finish the work. He was able to finish 90 % according to him. I was also not around to talk to him before work because of my appointments. I had to send him a long detailed message with pictures of certain things about the roof cleaning. During the first day, i was able to catch him on the back end and I was able to inquire on the situation. He mentioned that there were some broken tiles , loose tiles. I asked if he fixes those stuff, he mentioned he didn't and he could recommend someone. Also, he mentioned the following day that he would arrive around 11 Day 2. It's already 1:30pm and no word still. i reached out and he replied with an eta of 2:10pm. He started around past 2pm. At around 0430 he sent a video of the roof top. At around past 6pm, i checked via camera, and saw that his truck is no longer there and that he left, I reached out to inquire and he mentioned that he is finished and that he is writing his report. This was wednesday. My credit card was automatically charged... amounting to the original price. Which was fine, I just wished he didn't say one thing and not push through with it. ..... The following day, he mentioned that he will send it that night Thursday. I didn't receive it Thursday. Rather it was sent late Friday around past 10pm. Things I liked: The roof was clean based on his pre/ during/ post photo. Proposals/ payment done online via credit card. The report was nicely done and comprehensive. Pricing was fair but i asked and he mentioned something and he didn't push through with it. It's perfectly fine to say no. Things I wished we could have done different: We initially agreed for the service to be done in a day but this was not the case. I would have preferred that I was informed if he wouldn't be able to make it at a certain time just because I have appointments that were rearranged to be able to facilitate his schedule. Maybe, advising a realistic time frame for reports rather than saying one thing and it being another. Maybe saying "i can send it in 3-4 business days". I appreciate the pressure washing of the driveway but, i would have wished they've done this on the last day rather than day 1. After the 2nd day, I had to clean and wash the driveway as well as the sides of the house/side fence, and the eaves/windows as there were dirt stains and grime present. In anycase, I do appreciate his help and his service. I wish him well. Of course your experience might vary.

The window washing itself was stellar, and I couldn't recommend it more...but it was what happened after that will make me a customer for life. There was no blame, no complaining, just Marc, showing up, taking accountability, and promising to make it right. Which he did. Sealed with a handshake and the trust that he will always do the right thing. By the way, the issue was that when they took our screen door off the tracks to clean, a wheel broke. Nothing major, but again, it was how everything was handled professionally and with integrity. Solid company all around.

Fito Parra arrived on time, with a truck that held a lot of really specialized equipment; this wasn't a side-job, but a profession, and I could tell that he really cared about what he was doing. He was able to get tough stains out on a patio that had not been cleaned for probably 15+ years. I had bought a power washer from BestBuy and tried to do it myself, but it took me an entire Saturday to literally do a quarter of what he did in almost four hours. Fito/KC Power Clean uses steam, some light chemicals (or you can say no) and industrial power wash equipment. I was also very impressed by how he cleaned the dirt splatter off the walls, and did an excellent job. My driveway and patio looked brand new! Kevin followed up asking how the service went, and sending me before and after pictures, which was another professional touch. I'd recommend looking at their Youtube channel and watching what these guys are about. They seem to take care of their employees, their customers, and are growing the business, which is nice to see. I could have paid someone else less to use Lowes/HomeDepot pressure wash equipment and chemicals or simple green, and my patio would have looked just a bit better. But considering this is licensed, insured, and the equipment on the truck was professional (for example, they have some motor on it that heats the water to make the steam, and a machine that could wind the hose back up), I felt that there was significant value. I will be using them again for other services and have already recommended them to my parents and my neighbor. I will also be referring them to my HOA to do their pressure washing. Thank you!!
