My daughter, whose dress fell through very last minute, was already discouraged when searching for a new last minute dress. The employees attitude only made this feeling worse leaving her with no excitement regarding attending the schools dance. I know managing a store can be tough, but monitoring what is happening when you aren't there is important as they just lost a customer willing to buy a nice prom dress right away.
