It wasn't a store I regularly shopped at. Target was my love. Now? It's the only decent department store in town. Funny how things change. The selection is good -- stocked with clothes, home goods, bedding, shoes, and all the usual stuff. The pricing? Eek. I think I'm just so used to finding things from thrift stores and Walmart (meh) now. You're better off buying things on sale --- the prices will be good then and the quality far better than Walmart (duh). I did find a good pair of moccasins for $25 one day, though. Not bad at all. I'll be back occasionally to check things out but don't know much I'll actually be purchasing. Regardless, I'm happy to have Kohl's!

So it was confusing because why would both a $35 item and a $15 get different percent off. Anyway I tried on a couple tops and the dressing room door wouldn't even close. It was dirty in the dressing room. Overall I would not recommend. They need to make their pricing and sale terms more clear for shoppers - if something was UNDER I may have been interested in a few items but how would I know the true cost without scanning everything to be certain? And the associate said it had "under" on the sign because if someone got something and it rang up less that the customer wouldn't be mad. That doesn't even make sense. Their prices are so high that the sale just brings them down to normal prices. I was looking at a headband and some other accessories and 11.99 just felt like a normal price not like a sale.

I called the store when I was 90 minutes out and spoke to Nicole and told her what I needed. She looked up my profile and when I arrived she and her staff had several suits set out for me to try on. I found one I liked that fit quite well and she told me to sit tight while she went to the back and hemmed the pant cuffs. She then pressed the suit and the shirt I bought and found a coupon for the shoes I was buying. Her staff then helped me find a tie and belt on sale and within 40 minutes I was on my way with an entire funeral appropriate ensemble. Even though I love my Men's Wearhouse store in Arizona, I will stop by this store every time I am in Lexington. Nice job!

I'm actually surprised that this place hasn't put Michael's out of business. Both are very similar and close to the other, but Hobby Lobby has a ton more to choose from. HL has a LOT more home decor than Michael's. My daughter is an artist and I often find myself at Hobby Lobby. I'll use the excuse of her artistry supply needs to feed my home decor shopping habit. The home decor is plentiful... I could spend a year's worth of pay at one time, but I have to use self-control. They have what I believe to be the area's largest selection of artificial floral supplies. I've used the framing services several times and it was always on time and I was always satisfied with the results. They have an electronic, scannable 40% off of one regular priced item promo code on their app... just a suggestion... thank me later ;)
