She has an amazing eye for flattering styles and pulled some amazing gowns that I never would've picked for myself. She was wonderful at working with the parameters of what I was looking for and was a personable, kind, enthusiastic person to work with. Initially I was sure we were out of our element price-wise. The dresses displayed in the front rooms are stunning! They are also significantly more money than we would spend for a high school dance. A very sweet lady helped us out. I told her our budget and she found us a surprising amount of dresses to choose from. My daughter found the perfect one! She looked beautiful at the dance, and it was fun knowing nobody else at her California high school would be wearing the same dress.

This one is my least favorite. Compared to the others, this one is a bit more over priced. Even the sale items seem a bit steep. I did buy a bracelet and a necklace here once though. The necklace charm was shaped like the state. The bracelet was locally handmade and I still love it. I came into forever 21 because of the fact that my newborn needed to eat. She was fussy so I went to the back of the store. I asked the lady "do y'all have benches in your dressing room?" I was told yes.. so I asked, "do you mind if I feed my daughter" and she answers with I GUESS. Okay, so I feed her & leave the dressing room and on the way out, a different girl says "did you find everything you needed?" I responded back and told her I didn't try anything on & that I went in there to feed my baby and she says "oh" with a look on her face... WOW! Talk about rude. Okay moving on... this store is absolutely a disaster!! I mean a zoo is cleaner than this place! Like seriously guys, it's nasty! I was running over shoes, underwear, hangers, dresses, cups.... I mean WHO IN HECK WORKS HERE?!? I took pictures due to the fact that I have NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE SEEN A STORE LOOK THIS BAD!!! There are piles of clothes under the racks, clothes thrown on top of racks... ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IS ORGANIZED!!! Where the shoes go, there are boxes under the shelf with shoes in it, as if no one cares to unpack them!! Seriously, a trash heap!!!! I can't believe it! I heard a few other people in the store mention how nasty it is and even heard "I wouldn't ever buy a thing from here" HOW SAD!! There are bras, underwear, and everything else just thrown wherever! The floor is absolutely dirty as ever(I mean do they ever mop? Probably not by the looks of it) I was pushing my stroller around just running things over! I was stepping all over stuff too.. absolutely sick!! So, I think that sums up how nasty the floor is.... now onto after leaving the mall... I call forever 21 and this girl picks up the phone and says "thank you for calling forever 21 how can I help you" I asked her if I could speak with a manger and she says "yeah..."hesitating, she then follows that with well I am one of the managers, how can I help you" Lady, get your crap together.... I explain to her about my breast feeding and she says "oh ok, I will fix the dressing room issue" Didn't sound too apologetic... she then asks me if there was anything else she can help me with and I almost say no but then I say "yeah, your store was pretty dirty. There are cups hanging out, I was running things over with my stroller and clothes are just EVERYWHERE!" And her response to me was "well we are getting new inventory and we are TRYING to clean things up" YEAHHHH RIGHT!!!! If they were trying to clean things up, it would NOT LOOK THE WAY IT DOES!!! Absolutely filthy! She seemed like she was more so listening to me vent rather than fixing the problem! I then tell her due to the way the store looks, I won't be returning & she said "I'm sorry you feel that way, is there anything else I can help you with" I said no then hung up..... No, you're not sorry.. get your crew together and clean up!! I mean there are clothes that you can tell that have been on the floor and hung back up... THERE IS DUST ON THE CLOTHES..... literally! How nasty! I will never never step foot in this place EVER AGAIN!!!

I saw someone's old dirty hat hanging up along with the new caps during this visit. They made a switcheroo, which explains the plastic security tag on the floor. Honestly, I couldn't imagine working at a store where the people won't pick up after themselves and the amount of shoplifting. At this point, I'll let the photos speak for this location.
