I should've just walked out…read more As a plus size woman, Cacique is one of my favorite brand when it comes to selection and comfort so I drove 3 hours to the nearest store on 3/10/2023. I requested a fitting, was measured over my clothes, then the manager brought me 2 bras to try in the fitting room, informed me that she had to go to lunch but assured me that another associate would be back in a few moments to help me. That was at 4:07. At 4:38, still nobody came to finish my fitting. Finally at 4:45, I decided I was forgot about, walked out of the dressing room where an associate looked at me, then immediately went back to texting. I hung the bras back up, got the cheapest one that would work, out of desperation and the associate had the nerve to ask if I found everything I was looking for; I did not want to be blasted on the internet as a "karen" so I just chose not to answer. Horrible experience, never going back.

Typically the staff is friendly and helpful. Admittedly a few times I have gone in and a new floor-set was being worked on or a person who appeared to be a manager was discussing the business with the employees so they seemed a bit pre-occupied. They always greeted me so I overlook those things. I've worked retail before I know how those floor walks go. Point is when I signal I need assistance they are always willing to stop what they are doing for me. I can buy basic under garments to frilly little numbers all in one place. The styles range from basic solids to fun, trendy patterns. If they don't have the item in your size, it can be ordered and delivered to your home all within one transaction. The staff is trained to ensure you are wearing the correct size. They are awesome at trouble shooting questions about fit. My only ding for them is the price. The occasional promotion can get you a good deal but everyday, I think the prices should be $8 less on bras and $5 less on panties.

If you can contain yourself from maxing out the credit card, the Angel card is amazing. Being an Angel card holder, they'll mail you coupons for free items, gift cards during your birthday month, and more. So why is the fifth star missing? I've never found anyone at this location to be particularly helpful. It's strange at the difference of customer service here, especially compared to other locations that I've been to.

I've shopping at Lane Bryant for shirts and bras for years. The quality of those here just wasn't up to par in comparison to LB. I wasn't impressed. The prices were steep, but they were running some sort of "buy one get one for x" sale. I hate that, what if I only want to buy just one?! That was the case actually. So, after searching around looking for a second shirt, I finally put the one shirt back and left empty handed. And what's with all of the short shirts?! I'm not liking that style at all, and it seemed like the majority of the shirts were waist length. Needless to say, I won't be coming back.
