I'm not sure my family has explored Forever 21 other than to purchase a gift card, and today we came in to check out their men's wear. Some items were on sale, but we found good finds on clearance - shorts, shirts and jeans. Thankfully their dressing rooms were open and no wait. (Clearance items are apparently final sale) No issue with browsing racks. The store was clean and organized. We didn't bump into any sales associates while shopping but we got through checkout quickly. read more

Let me start by saying this... if I can give this place -10 stars, I would!! This is the nastiest place I have ever been to! Absolutely disgusting! Where to start... I came into forever 21 because of the fact that my newborn needed to eat. She was fussy so I went to the back of the store. I asked the lady "do y'all have benches in your dressing room?" I was told yes.. so I asked, "do you mind if I feed my daughter" and she answers with I GUESS. Okay, so I feed her & leave the dressing room and on the way out, a different girl says "did you find everything you needed?" I responded back and told her I didn't try anything on & that I went in there to feed my baby and she says "oh" with a look on her face... WOW! Talk about rude. Okay moving on... this store is absolutely a disaster!! I mean a zoo is cleaner than this place! Like seriously guys, it's nasty! I was running over shoes, underwear, hangers, dresses, cups.... I mean WHO IN HECK WORKS HERE?!? I took pictures due to the fact that I have NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE SEEN A STORE LOOK THIS BAD!!! There are piles of clothes under the racks, clothes thrown on top of racks... ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IS ORGANIZED!!! Where the shoes go, there are boxes under the shelf with shoes in it, as if no one cares to unpack them!! Seriously, a trash heap!!!! I can't believe it! I heard a few other people in the store mention how nasty it is and even heard "I wouldn't ever buy a thing from here" HOW SAD!! There are bras, underwear, and everything else just thrown wherever! The floor is absolutely dirty as ever(I mean do they ever mop? Probably not by the looks of it) I was pushing my stroller around just running things over! I was stepping all over stuff too.. absolutely sick!! So, I think that sums up how nasty the floor is.... now onto after leaving the mall... I call forever 21 and this girl picks up the phone and says "thank you for calling forever 21 how can I help you" I asked her if I could speak with a manger and she says "yeah..."hesitating, she then follows that with well I am one of the managers, how can I help you" Lady, get your crap together.... I explain to her about my breast feeding and she says "oh ok, I will fix the dressing room issue" Didn't sound too apologetic... she then asks me if there was anything else she can help me with and I almost say no but then I say "yeah, your store was pretty dirty. There are cups hanging out, I was running things over with my stroller and clothes are just EVERYWHERE!" And her response to me was "well we are getting new inventory and we are TRYING to clean things up" YEAHHHH RIGHT!!!! If they were trying to clean things up, it would NOT LOOK THE WAY IT DOES!!! Absolutely filthy! She seemed like she was more so listening to me vent rather than fixing the problem! I then tell her due to the way the store looks, I won't be returning & she said "I'm sorry you feel that way, is there anything else I can help you with" I said no then hung up..... No, you're not sorry.. get your crew together and clean up!! I mean there are clothes that you can tell that have been on the floor and hung back up... THERE IS DUST ON THE CLOTHES..... literally! THE MOST incompetent staff I have ever witnessed in my entire life. Couldn't manage a simple exchange without getting 3 different people involved, unnecessarily wasting everyone's time. Not to mention they were rude & unhelpful. The store itself is an absolute disaster (which isn't unexpected from F21, but still) and is in a constant state of complete chaos. Honestly I'd rather drive to Louisville than shop in the Lexington store ever again. Do not recommend. read more

Very limited shoe selection. The clothes at this particular location are pretty drab and the store itself is in great need of renovation. It's also pretty small in comparison to some of the other Forever 21s that I've been to. I think I'll just stick to the website for now. read more

The messiest forever 21 I have ever been to. They never to seem have anyone working, the people that are working are not helpful and always have an attitude, and it's just a disaster. There's clothes everywhere, on top of racks, on the floor, in the wrong sections. The dressing rooms are filled with even more clothes. I always avoid shopping here. standard trendy teen and lady clothing. lots of good prices, and deals, though 'teen" quality manufactured to maybe not last longer than other apparel from other more high end stores, there are a variety of different types of clothing, jewelry etc great gifts for women. I randomly found a lot of great work skirts all for under $20. read more

Absolutely horrible and unfair experience. Do not shop here. We bought a 50dollar pair of pants here. Saved the receipt and took them home. Tried them on indoors. One time. They did not fit. Went to return them the very next day. We work for apparel and know its nothing to re attach the tags which we had with us. We were made wait while a specific person came to do the return. Both associates clearly saw the tag in plain view. A lady appeared who did not introduce herself with name or title then walked off. We waited 10-15mns from entering the store only to return with the pants to say she wouldn't take them back due to a dirt stain it could not possibly have. That we were not shown. That we could not find. Additionally that the tags weren't attached. If the pitiful excuse of a tag was going to be used 15mns of our time could of been spared. Reached out to the company who were zero help because even though we lived out of state they claimed we had to visit the store personally and speak to the store manager personally(if you can even catch them) before they would even try to do anything to help! DO NOT GET A CREDIT CARD FROM HERE!! They are the absolute WORST! The company is impossible to deal with and they do not take credit for their own mistakes and system flaws. The employees are also very misinformed here and will do or say anything to get you to sign up for a credit card by Comenity Bank, just DON'T DO IT! I was told (and reassured many times by the cashier) that I could pay off this credit card in the store immediately after a purchase, this is NOT true! So I was very upset after I signed up and found out they had lied about it. I paid off my full balance as soon as possible after every single purchase. The Comenity bank system flawed and refused to take responsibility for this mistake. I made a payment and somehow all my balance was paid off with the exception of $9 and I was charged interest and late fees on this. I would NOT have only paid off all but $9 and my payment wasn't even a minimum payment, so this was obviously a system flaw! I couldn't even get their messaging center to work! I had to type out my message 3 times before it would send (and not erase it)!! JUST DON'T DO IT! read more

Clueless and RUDE people working here. I'll never come back to this store. I generally try to avoid shopping here because the quality of most of the clothing is horrendous, the store is a disaster, and their return policy sucks. I had seen a couple of cute tops online I wanted to check out. It was impossible to track down an employee that wasn't socializing with a coworker. I found one lady, and she didn't know if they had either top and told me to ask someone else. I found a chubby bleached blonde girl with glasses, and I very nicely said "excuse me" she whirled around and said "WHAT" and I showed her a picture on my phone and asked if they had the top "I've never seen that before in my life" and told me to ask someone at the counter. I took the dress I was buying to the counter to pay, and a guy with dirty fingernails took my phone to search for the top. Nope they don't have it. Imagine that a store with that much messy inventory, doesn't have it. Then he took the dress I bought and wadded it up into a bag. Didn't fold, *wadded* it into a ball. Then blondie piped up and told me to check back in the spring for the top. Uh no, I will NEVER shop here again. Get your egos in check kids, you work at a crappy fast fashion store full of ugly, cheap clothing that you can't even return once it shreds after one wash. I use to love this store. Especially when it first opened. Now everything is an unorganized mess. It feels like you're walking through a trash can when you're in there. NOTHING is organized. They obviously never try to clean the place up. Clothes thrown everywhere. Racks a tangled mess to where it's practically impossible to find anything cause you have to spend 20 minutes pulling hangers off and detangling them from each other if you think you see something cute within the mess. There was trash stuck everywhere. An empty Starbucks cup in one of the dressing rooms. It's not like there weren't employees around to see it and quickly pick it up. But they did not. And then the most aggravating thing was, I went to try on a couple of things, and they give me a dressing room that is dark as heck! I look up and the light bulb for the room is gone out! Then I looked at the light to my left and it was on, and the one to my right was out as well! What's the point in trying something on if you can't see! I'd say 1 out of every 10 bulbs in the dressing room area worked. read more
