I think they seem to think this is somehow my fault, when I was at their shop TWICE to get measured before it was initially sent to the tailor because I KNEW the initial measurements were botched. Oh and the jacket can't be fixed (button holes) and no one wants it because the right sleeve is 1" longer than the left.

They say the conditioner will not alter the shade of the boot at all, but it does. The conditioner darkened my tan boots about two shades darker permanently. Do yourself a favor by not getting the cleaner or conditioner if you have a light colored boot, it will darken it.

After calling the customer service line, I received a call from the store rep who stated they never guarantee timelines, they just hope the furniture is in by 8-10 weeks and they are not informed of back orders on fabric. I was told a manager would call me and she hung up. Here we are - several days later, no phone call, no explanation.m and now we are stuck without furniture for a photo shoot and faced with having to reschedule agreed upon dates. It would have been nice if the rep would have followed up on our order rather than the customer chasing them down - maybe if they had we'd have known and been given a chance to rearrange our plans.
