Just returned home after looking to buy a suit from the Fayette Mall store of Joseph A Bank. I'm not sure where to begin with my complaints of this store and the service I just received. Salesman appeared to be in his early 20's and lied through his teeth so many times I believe he should change jobs and work as a used car salesman. If I could give zero stars for this store and salesperson, I would; however, that's not an option. Highly recommended going somewhere else. read more

The first time I went in to get my tux ordered for an upcoming wedding. The second time I went in to the realization that they ordered the wrong tux. After taking my measurements for the second time, they reordered the "correct" tux. The third time I go in they can't find the pants for my tux, I proceed to find my pants myself after 10-15 minutes of waiting. I then get measurements to be tailored and pick up my tux that has been altered correctly the fourth and final visit. If you're looking for organization, this is not the right fit. read more

Very rude and would not help us at all!! The salesman told us we could go to Kohl's because we only wanted to spend around 200!!

I took my son to get a suit for his upcoming trip. What should have been a fun experience for us was ruined by the unprofessional behavior - by employees and "managers." Initially, my son found a suit he liked. All seemed OK until our return trip to pick up the tailored suit. Not one of the three employees bothered to check the fit, even while we expressed that it was not right. We finally left, only to bring the suit back in for further alterations. I tried explaining my concerns to Donovan (the Manager) and Christian (Asst. Manager), but they just talked over me, not caring enough to understand that both the tailoring and the permanent crease they added in the back were not done correctly. After my fourth trip back to pick up the suit after more alterations, the seam still looked terrible. We were on a tight deadline, so we had to take the suit. As I was leaving, I told Asst. Manager Christian that I was extremely dissatisfied and his reply was "that's OK." All the talk about customer service and making sure the customer is satisfied is absolutely false. My advice is that anyone is better off buying a suit off the rack at a department store. I have since seen other negative reviews from this location, and I wish I had checked before I spent my money there. read more
