I called the store when I was 90 minutes out and spoke to Nicole and told her what I needed. She looked up my profile and when I arrived she and her staff had several suits set out for me to try on. I found one I liked that fit quite well and she told me to sit tight while she went to the back and hemmed the pant cuffs. She then pressed the suit and the shirt I bought and found a coupon for the shoes I was buying. Her staff then helped me find a tie and belt on sale and within 40 minutes I was on my way with an entire funeral appropriate ensemble. Even though I love my Men's Wearhouse store in Arizona, I will stop by this store every time I am in Lexington. Nice job!

We were taken cared of by Kaela and she did an excellent job measuring my husband for his suit. 4/30/24 Unfortunately when we picked up the suit it was not at all fitted correctly. His suit was too short in the arms and didn't fit right all around. We were told alterations were available at the Hamburg location so we went there only to be told the person working that, was out for the day. We had to leave to ohio immediately after to make it to this wedding. Thankfully, found a location in dayton to do the alterations. But this run around, disorganized and bad communicative business is terrible! In fact, they will return, package, and ship the items back. You will have to take your item to the customer service desk in the back right of the store. Amazon sends you an email when you process your return and you have the option to print the information or have the Kohl's employee scan a barcode from your phone. I hadn't been in Kohl's in a while and store was organized beautifully and the employees were friendly and helpful. So, Kohl's will definitely benefit from the extra foot traffic. When the return transaction was complete. The employee gave me a Kohl's coupon for 25% off that expires within 7 days.
