If you need a day to shop, eat, and attend to your personal needs, the Summit at Fritz's Farm is the perfect place to go! They have a wide variety of all those things. When I go, I typically visit Lush, Kendra Scott, Starbucks, Brandy Melville, Lululemon, and the Nail Salon. The summit offers a high-end and not so high-end business. That is what I enjoy the most. They also have a hotel you can stay in as well if you live a good distance from it. Let's say you had a long day of shopping there and needed a place to rest or eat, they have outside seating areas you can enjoy and plenty of restaurants to choose from. The summit is one of my favorite places to go when I need something to do by myself or with people. I highly recommend visiting here, you will not regret it.

When I was down in Lexington visiting family we went to the summit at Fritz farm. I'm not a big shopper but I am a big fan of walking around and enjoying new places and sites and seeing all the nice things that they have to offer. It's a very beautiful location for sure my wife wanted to spend too much money at the locations so that never makes me happy but besides that is a very nice elegant looking place

There are usually two different kinds of shoppers. Those who like to outlet mall shop and those who like upscale ritzy shopping. This place is more of the ritzy shopping. I'm somewhere in the middle and this place is perfect. When I'm in the mood to window shop, and when I'm in the mood to splurge, this place is perfect. There's more to shopping here though. There are a ton of restaurants, including The Barn, which is a food hall of sorts. Not to be confused with a food court that you find at a mall though. The Barn even has a bar, the Whiskey Bear. Oh, there is also a distillery in The Summit. Just some of my favorite restaurants in The Summit are J. Alexander, Blue Sushi, Texas Brazilian Steakhouse, and World Of Beers. People often complain about parking, but I never have an issue. I always find parking out front of whichever destination of my plan. If my plan is Teds or any of the shops located on the back side of The Summit, I park in the parking lot close to Teds. This place is literally like no other, it's especially unlike any place you'd find anywhere else in Kentucky. It's literally something you'd expect to find in large cities, Vegas, LA, or NYC. It's definitely a place to be proud of and a place I'd recommend checking out even if you're in town for a few days.

I just thought this place was wonderful. Cute trendy shops and loved the Whole Foods store. Everything was clean and new. I was visiting from Ohio and shop in Pittsburgh so I did not feel the prices were to high. My husband and I will definitely come back next time we are in Lexington.

Grand opening today of the new location of Williams-Sonoma at The Summit. There's no denying they have beautiful cookware, tableware, some nice food items, and cookbooks, but they are very, very expensive. Most can be purchased elsewhere for much less, and you would well to shop around. Having their name on an item won't enhance your cooking skills. They have cooking classes, but I can't speak for them as I've never been.

A wonderful upscale shopping experience. The majority of shops are unique. My personal favorite is Bonobos, a men's clothing store for great shirts and suits. The Summit also has many other stores for women, men and home furnishings. It's great to see a place like this thrive in Lexington. Also, their restaurant options are terrific. From BBQ to fine dining, you can find it all here. Also, I love the fountain and green area. They typically throw community events here. The walls of Warby Parker make for great photo backdrops :) Overall, a great place to take friends visiting or have a family outing.

This place is always filthy when I've been there. Cigarette buds everywhere. Trash everywhere. Would not recommend shopping or eating here.

Stores like Anthropologie, lululemon athletica, White House | Black Market, francesca's, etc. It's small, though, so the store selection isn't extensive. There's also two restaurants -- the Brontë Bistro in the bookstore, and Palmers, which, from my wanderings, looked like it was also kind of connected to the lower level of the bookstore. On another note, the scenery is kind of lovely here. There's a pond with ducks in the back of the shopping center that provides a calming retreat from shopping. Palmers' patio is next to the pond, as well. The front of the mall is also very pleasing, with many places to sit and eat/read/chat/write/whatever. Not a bad outdoor mall, but I'll probably only return just for Whole Foods and Joseph Beth Bookstore (which is amazing, by the way).

As per the Victorian Square website:…read more "VICTORIAN SQUARE has been at the heart of Lexington's downtown since the 1880's. The block of sixteen buildings has housed, among other things, saloons, hotels, restaurants and an opera house. In 1985 a modern renovation brought them all together under one roof, creating an airy and accessible space that is best observed from the central courtyard. The decorative metal ceilings, ironwork and exterior balconies from these establishments have been preserved wherever possible. The result is a perfect blend of historical architecture and modern comfort that is listed on the National Register of Historic Buildings." *Except* Yeah, it is pretty and very Victorian in style, I will give it that. But it was as dead and uninteresting as a tomb when we were there around lunchtime on a Wednesday. Even the Cosi sandwich shop was closed! There are three floors, and while the attempt had been made to be open and airy inside, the result was still dim and cold. The first floor had some shops, including an art gallery and a ladies' accessory shop, but as you went higher, the more empty spaces prevailed. The second floor had a Kentucky gift store (which was pretty lame) and then the rest was devoted to some kind of kid themed activity center or a day care. We didn't even bother with the third floor. People of Lexington - you might want to consider revamping this space in some way if you are going to keep listing it in your tourist pamphlets and brochures. I am glad we didn't make a special trip here because it was pretty disappointing.

I have visited numerous times since they've been opened, and every visit has been great! The staff are all super nice. Draper James is definitely a more upscale store, but you wouldn't feel out of place at all based on the way the employees treat everyone. They're all so nice, and they definitely throw on that Southern charm that Draper James embodies. You'll be offered a sweet tea as you enter the store, and the staff are always there to help if you need anything else. The merchandise is super cute! Many of the items are expensive, but the sales are good and you can find smaller gift items for affordable prices. One thing I have in common with Reese Witherspoon is that we both have Frenchies, so I love the fact that Draper James carries merchandise with French Bulldogs on it! It's one of my favorite things about the shop! That, and all of the Dolly Parton stuff. Another thing I have in common with Reese Witherspoon, that Dolly love. If you're window shopping, shopping for yourself, or shopping for gifts, Draper James is a great store to check out! If you haven't been in give it a shot, at least walk in and look around, trust me it's super cute and the staff are all extremely friendly. Plus, if you love Dolly Parton and/or Frenchies, then this is definitely the store for you!
