With the coupons they send in mail combined with the sales, you can end up with brand name stuff for cheap. I got my instant pot from here a couple years back for a steal. Carters deals are some the best around all year long. The try out rooms are large. The entire store is always clean and well maintained. Even the crazy clearance section is almost never in disarray. What's not to love about Kohl's?

And the clothes seemed more trendy/club-ish/expensive than usual, too. Basic tank tops ran $12+ -- eek. There seemed to be more black, glittery, lacy top than anything else. Where were all the flannel shirts and casual tees? Shoe selection was very limited. Jeans were reasonably priced, but the quality wasn't there. I don't know. Maybe my expectations were skewed. Or my perception is off. But after I left, I wasn't really excited about this location anymore...

I went to Marshalls and there were the shoes for $20 less! The store was well stocked and loads of the size I was looking for. The parking is easy and the location is right down the road where I stay. So I can say I definitely scored !! Happy Girl!! It's a perfect day to shop.

For some reason most Ross stores seem to be lacking in products for sale. Just quite a bit of empty space in certain spots but that seems to be typical.

I used to shop the White House Black market outlet stores, but much of their clothing appears to be of a different quality (except for the sales racks which seem to have some clothing from the boutiques). I came here on Sunday with my friend who had some birthday money to spend. The summer sale items were 50% off of their reduced prices. She found many nice dresses and tops. I also found a good black shirt and skirt with a black, nude, and white, pattern on it for work. The store was quiet and the saleslady checked in on us often. The appearance of the store is neat.
