You can find similar clothes at several other boutiques nearby with better return policies. As a follow up, the owners reply states that I was trying to return an item more than a month after purchase which is not true. It was purchased on May 18, 20 days ago. I did not speak to the owner and informed the employee whom I spoke to that it had been purchased within the past 30 days and that I had the receipt and was open to a store credit, which they were not willing to offer. I live about 40 minutes from the store so it's not easy to get back to do a return in 10 days. However, I have been a customer for many years. I don't shop there all the time, two or three times a year for special occasions . I had hoped this locally owned boutique would be flexible with their local repeat customers. Live and learn.

I not only left with a stunning outfit for the races, but, some stellar pieces for my professional wardrobe and everyday life as well. Finding clothes that look great on me is often challenging, but, here it was easy to find great pieces that fit my body. With my most recent trip to town, I shopped there a few different times and was pleasantly surprised to find new pieces to choose from. When asked where it was and where the papers were we signed when brought stuff in or when cashed out we were told the logs were gone and they had no record of anything which those records WERE given to the new owners. A lot of us sold Kate Spade purses, MK and other nice things and all that money is now gone and now they are closing NKY and leaving all together. A lot of people are out a lot of money. Be careful consigning, take pictures of your items and of the logs you sign have records of your stuff you take in.
