Most of what you will find are higher end chain stores, along with some restaurants and little boutiques. Whole Foods is also next door if you need to get some grocery shopping in. Walking through this shopping center is so refreshing, as everything is so clean and well kept. There's also ample parking all around the area. As far as stores go, you will find shops like Free People, Madewell, Kendra Scott, Vineyard Vines, etc. Restaurants include Blaze Pizza, World of Beer, J. Alexanders and a few more. This is a nice little outlet mall, but definitely caters to a certain demographic of shoppers. Luckily all of the malls are super close to one another!

Stores like Anthropologie, lululemon athletica, White House | Black Market, francesca's, etc. It's small, though, so the store selection isn't extensive. There's also two restaurants -- the Brontë Bistro in the bookstore, and Palmers, which, from my wanderings, looked like it was also kind of connected to the lower level of the bookstore. On another note, the scenery is kind of lovely here. There's a pond with ducks in the back of the shopping center that provides a calming retreat from shopping. Palmers' patio is next to the pond, as well. The front of the mall is also very pleasing, with many places to sit and eat/read/chat/write/whatever. Not a bad outdoor mall, but I'll probably only return just for Whole Foods and Joseph Beth Bookstore (which is amazing, by the way).

This shop has every thoughtful, Kentucky product for that out-of-state friend. I make it a point to grab souvenirs for my Vegas friends. If you don't find what you are looking for, Liquor Barn is right across the street with a unique array of Kentucky goods. After a day of shopping, there is now a Malone's across the street for you to fill up on a crab Rangoon roll (yum). Through the years, the shops have changed but my love for this place has not. With easy freeway access, I can pop by on my way to my hometown in Eastern KY.

I know everyone is ranting around all disgruntled and grumpy about how the are renovating the…read moreproperty and kicking out old tenants...but I for one am super stoked to see the reboot of the property and new life breathed into the location. So far Pies and Pints, Urban Outfitters, and the soon to open Tony's are all that have really taken shape here...but it certainly is better than the old nasty places that occupied the slots prior. Now it's obvious the interior corridors are in drastic need of renovation as well but I understand that you can't spend the same dollar twice when it comes to construction and that the outside deserved the reboot first. I welcome the addition of downtown shopping and an actual city center. Hopefully those who oppose downtown renovations will eventually come to their senses.

I have visited numerous times since they've been opened, and every visit has been great! The staff are all super nice. Draper James is definitely a more upscale store, but you wouldn't feel out of place at all based on the way the employees treat everyone. They're all so nice, and they definitely throw on that Southern charm that Draper James embodies. You'll be offered a sweet tea as you enter the store, and the staff are always there to help if you need anything else. The merchandise is super cute! Many of the items are expensive, but the sales are good and you can find smaller gift items for affordable prices. One thing I have in common with Reese Witherspoon is that we both have Frenchies, so I love the fact that Draper James carries merchandise with French Bulldogs on it! It's one of my favorite things about the shop! That, and all of the Dolly Parton stuff. Another thing I have in common with Reese Witherspoon, that Dolly love. If you're window shopping, shopping for yourself, or shopping for gifts, Draper James is a great store to check out! Prices are fair for a local business with high end clothing and accessories. Some may think it's slightly expensive, but I felt like I got high quality items for the price I paid. The staff was so kind! She assisted me in finding pieces that were my style and would look good on me! She also showed me the handmade jewelry, which was all gorgeous. AND made by local artists! I ended up buying an adorable corduroy dress and a cute sweater. I will definitely be back!
