I had a very disappointing experience with this company's return process. I purchased two baker boy…read morehats using both an e-gift card and my personal credit card. I kept one hat and returned the other for a different size. When the replacement still did not fit, I requested a refund. Not only was I charged shipping and handling when I originally placed the order, but I was charged again through the return process. To make matters worse, instead of refunding the money back to my credit card, the company issued the refund to the e-gift card balance. After deducting additional shipping costs, they essentially forced me into store credit with a company I no longer wish to do business with. This feels extremely unfair and misleading. Customers should not be penalized multiple times for returns, especially when requesting a legitimate refund. A fair resolution would have been refunding the original out-of-pocket expense back to my credit card. Unfortunately, the entire experience left me frustrated and dissatisfied, and I would think twice before purchasing from this company again.

I was obviously upset and asked him why he would tell me he had that item in stock when he barely had ANY stock available at all - especially after knowing I had to drive so far. There are a few luxury brands in Ski and Aprés Skiwear I cannot resist and M.Miller is among them . On our recent trip to Deer Valley Utah where we own a second home , I went a bit berserk ending the ski season in a frenzy of consumption and scored a few M. Miller cashmere sweaters I'd had my eye on for some time. After returning home I noticed that my new black Suisse Cross cashmere sweater was missing its quintessential arm patch and when I inquired about an exchange was told there was no other sweater of its kind available in my petite size XS . My solution was to write to the company and request a replacement patch which I had intended to sew on myself kind of like a Girl Scout badge. But that wasn't good enough for Mr. Miller . Within hours of sending my email I received a response from Mark Miller himself requesting that I send the sweater to him and provided a shipping label and instructions for return to his facility in Boston. No sooner did I ship off that package than I received a brand new replacement sweater in all its luscious softness along with some M.Miller branded mountain swag and the nicest handwritten note I ever read . Seriously people, if all businesses operated like M.Miller the world of commerce would be such a better place . The customer service I received from this company was not only extraordinary but so gracious and personal . I cannot say enough about the joy that ensued in the handling of this matter.
