From the beginning the oil attendant forgot to rotate my tires and he just did my oil change until i reminded him; to do tire rotation because I had 15hr road trip. So I left for my trip and after 4hrs. I notice my vehicle was losing power and car was hesitating,and metallic sound coming from my engine. I inspected it, and oil was all over the front of engine;immediately I knew it was oil filter. This happened around 2am had get hotel. Next morning went Valvoline station in Cleveland Tennessee they confirmed it was oil filter not tightened at all. After they corrected it my car ran fineThe only Good thing happened when they (Express oil) repaid me back because I had receipt from Valvoline station confirming my oil filter was not put in correctly.

They've done oil changes and tire rotations for me and also reattached a skid plate that the other location had problems with. I always use a coupon and cost seems to be on par with with the dealer charges but the valvoline hours and far more convenient.

August 4, 2025 I drove a properly good operating vehicle to Jiffy Lube and requested an oil change…read more After several hours of aggressive upsale tactics, the Cashier suggested that I prepay so that when they started the vehicle I would be able to leave without delay. Immediately after charging my card, the hood was closed and I was told that they could no longer start the vehicle due to an electrical issue and I would have to have the vehicle towed from the premises. I vehemently objected and insisted that they repair the damage to my vehicle. I was told that they know nothing about the electrical system and insisted that I have the truck towed from the Jiffy lube premises. It was determined that Jiffy Lube damaged the fuel control module, the electric lift pump and/or the cabin fuel fuse. when these three items were replaced the truck started and again has operated flawlessly for the past eight months without issue. Jiffy Lube ahs taken and maintains that the non start status of the vehicle predated my visit to Jiffy Lube and refuses to pay for the damages they caused. This is of course outrageous, ridiculous and impossible because the vehicle was started and driven into the shop.

I knew when it happened that I probably damaged my tire, but I had no idea what I hit in the pitch black darkness of a country road. Turns out, my rim was bent so my tire was losing air. I took my Nissan Rogue to Raffield on the advice of the maintenance guy at my hotel. Raffield was able to straighten my rim and get the tire to seal again. Because I was traveling, they did this for me at no charge. I cannot say enough good things about Raffield! They were professional, clear in communication about the problem and very, very kind. I will use them again for sure for any auto issues while I'm in Warner Robins!
