I sat there for 2 hours before they even pulled my car inside. And, yes, I reminded them that I was still waiting after 1 hour. They looked at the tire and said they couldn't fix it. Then they tried to sell me a new tire. It is a nearly new tire! Just needs to be plugged! Very simple! These people are unprofessional and obviously don't give AF about people. Just want to squeeze as much money out of people as possible, which I'm sure is why they overbook themselves. Who cares if they make you wait for hours in their nasty waiting room with no TV and no A/C.

I called the 3rd day and asked about my appointment I put in for an they had no answer as to why no one contacted me. No big deal I get it. My problem is with the next part of this story. I set an appointment over the phone, show up for appointment. They had the tires I requested in stock at a fair price. I asked for an alignment since I always get an alignment with any new set of tires. I get informed my truck is done and ready. Awesome, the guy rights up the work order an I pay the bill. The full bill for tires and the alignment. After which I get informed that they couldn't do the alignment an that I need ball joints and rear control arms. This would of been very important info to have before paying. Now they have to refund me my money for the alignment they could not be performed. I'm asked next if I would like a price quote for the repairs. At this point absolutely not. You can't inform me before finishing my vehicle that I need repairs an that you can't do the alignment? But you'll gladly charge me for it before reviewing your paper work. Needless to say I left livid. Once cooled off I walked around the truck at home to inspect the tires. Found all four my wheel covers destroyed, scratches, and cracks! You can see where they over tighten the outer wheel balancing nut into my rims and completely ruined all 4 of my rims. Unbelievable!!! I absolutely can not believe this place gets away with this kind of work. I've heard very high things about them. All of which is a lie. Stay far away from this place if you value your vehicle.

The next morning, I was trying to find a place that could come tow it or put air in so I could drive it to be fixed, since that service was covered by our insurance. I called McCall's, and the call was sent to voicemail. While I was talking with my brother about the tire over the phone, I got a call back from Bill McCall. I returned the call, and he said they could come put air in it. When Jeff arrived less than 15 minutes later, he surprised me by saying HE would take the car to the shop, leave his truck at my house, and then bring my car back when they were finished. I thought that was pretty awesome, but they topped themselves by bringing it back and saying "no charge"!They also turned the tire around, because it had a noticeable mark on the tire from where I drove it flat. I was blown away!! Where on earth do you get that kind of service these days? So glad I went with a local company. They've been in the same spot for so long, they have to be doing things right or the business wouldn't have lasted. Autozone gave a nod to Jordan's, so I had my wife pull me and my 2004 Cavalier up to an open bay. They took it in right away and gave me a quote. He replaced the fuel pump twice but still no go. After talking with an expert, Wael (pronounced like the letters YL) came to the conclusion that my dead fuel pump had somehow fried the computer--$400+ dealer only repair. But that diagnosis didn't sit well with him, so after closing, Wael called 2 buddies and they spent until 10 pm going over every related wire.
