I woke up to a flat tire today on a Sunday. I knew Walmart would probably be the only ones open and able to fix it today. I called ahead and they told me to come on in and they would get me in right away. I drove 30 minutes there on a nearly flat tire and the guy there tells me it will take 45 minutes. OK. I sat there for 2 hours before they even pulled my car inside. And, yes, I reminded them that I was still waiting after 1 hour. They looked at the tire and said they couldn't fix it. Then they tried to sell me a new tire. It is a nearly new tire! Just needs to be plugged! Very simple! These people are unprofessional and obviously don't give AF about people. Just want to squeeze as much money out of people as possible, which I'm sure is why they overbook themselves. Who cares if they make you wait for hours in their nasty waiting room with no TV and no A/C. read more
