I've spent thousands with them for three VWs and a Mercedes and I have never had a problem. One time, they sent me the wrong brake pads. They sent me a label, I shipped it back, and they even sent me the correct pads before even getting the wrong ones back. Their customer service phone game is top notch! The people I've spoken to always knew what they were talking about. There's actually a review on here about a guy complaining to ECS that the shipping company screwed up. How's that the vendor's fault? Geez, put your big boy pants on and handle it, man! I can honestly say that after all the business I've done with this company, if they were going to give me a bad time, it would have happened at least five times by now. I removed the lines and to my surprise the flared ends were deformed, thus causing the leakage. I contacted the company and notified them of the issue, they responded asking to send photos, which I did... Never heard back from them. I contacted my CC company and initiated a dispute. Unfortunately my CC company ruled in their favor stating that they had sent out replacement parts and I notified them of having received the parts. Which was an outright lie... So if you want to purchase lines from this company, buyer beware as they will not honor their warranty.

Called and told Rob that I was 99% it was the alternator. He said they would send me an electronic estimate. Received it, and was shocked at a quote for $1000. Told him we'd be picking it up, to which Rob stated there was a $96 diagnostic fee, which was never discussed. Understandable that they need to make money for their time, but $100 for something AutoZone does for FREE is a bit extreme. Go to pick it up, and it's not out front as promised. And Rob is very defensive when discussing the original quote. Completely admits that "his system" mis-quoted the alternator at $616, instead of $474 (actually $360 when I looked it up), and added $200 more for a battery that is less than a year old (later admitted as not needed). Paid the $100 and asked about the car being moved out front, to which now agitated Rob's only retort was "Get the F@%& out!". Also, the female "owner" now intervened, and when I asked repeatedly for the service to be completed, her response was similar. Topper to it all, Rob's "high level" customer service training had him call the police, rather than bring our car to the front, as had been promised. All-in-all, a miserable experience, when trying to patronize a local small business, that displays such dishonest and unprofessional tactics.

I sat there for 2 hours before they even pulled my car inside. And, yes, I reminded them that I was still waiting after 1 hour. They looked at the tire and said they couldn't fix it. Then they tried to sell me a new tire. It is a nearly new tire! Just needs to be plugged! Very simple! These people are unprofessional and obviously don't give AF about people. Just want to squeeze as much money out of people as possible, which I'm sure is why they overbook themselves. Who cares if they make you wait for hours in their nasty waiting room with no TV and no A/C.
